  The experience we had working with Chad to find our first home was fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for property in the area. He is able to combine his professional knowledge with a very relaxed and personable attitude that takes so much of the stress of house hunting away. At one house, Chad took the time to go walk the neighborhood and talk to some of the residents to get a feel for the area, before we even saw it.

  I have to say Chad was just a wonderful realtor. He took amazing photos of the exterior & interior of the home. As the home was older, the photos really showed what needed to be done and the great characteristics & charm of the home.
