Contacted Fix It Guy Appliance after hours and theygot back to me first thing in the morning. They sent a repairman, Miguel out the same day. He was on time, very thorough and explained the issue clearly. Sadly our washer machine could not be repaired (very old) and he Miguel to me was an expert.
I thought I would get a big invoice but no, simple " review" charge and very fair. Great company, excellent communication, and a company I would recommend everytime.
