First class service - fast, direct, clear communication
The Fix It Guy was nice but he did not fix the washer leak. He said water on floor is from detergent dispenser, & said it was clogged & to put laundry detergent sheet in the clothes drum rather than dispenser. I have done that several times & the water still comes out the dispenser, runs down onto floor. The dispenser is super clean, not plugged, so the overflow is not caused by laundry sheet not dissolving. Maybe the washer is uneven, water force is too great or some other explanation, BUT it is not caused by laundry sheets not dissolving & causing water to flow over sides of dispenser. I wish it would be FIXED, like I paid for. Thank you, Fran Delaney

Great experience using Fix It Guy! Hector was knowledgeable and explained in detail what was causing the issue with my dryer, while also pointing out other things I should keep in mind as a new homeowner. I'll definitely be coming back if I have issues in the future!
