  On their website, you can’t find ANY pricing information at all! You can’t get any quote either. One of their techs came out to fix a refrigerator in a senior citizen apartment and the cost was $243!!
  No parts were needed, just unclog one of the tubes. The job took 30mins to do! When I asked about the price breakdown, I was told there was no hourly rate just a standard beginning price of 235.00 plus fees regardless how long the job took!!!
  That is ridiculous!! They have no problem telling you ahead that there is a 85.00 fee for the tech to come out and look at the problem.
  However, they DID NOT AT MOMENT SHARE that the minimum price is 235.00!!
  My tenant brought the refrigerator with her and I offered as a good landlord to go half with her ahead of time. She is 85 years old, leaving alone and not in good health!!
  This was highway robbery to say the least!!!
  If it wasn’t because it’s difficult for her to bend over and clean the leaking water, I would have gone somewhere else without a doubt!!! I just couldn’t do that to her!!!

  An 85$ diagnostic fee turned into 240$. He took about 25 minutes to de-ice the freezer fan for 158$? I still needed to buy & install door gaskets. The tech didn't give me a quote, nor did he get my permission to fix it! Had I known price beforehand, I would've opted to do it myself, having been told what the problem was. Wasn't even given payment options, so had a 7$ extra card fee; reversed, but what about professional standards? Beware they'll need your card on file to secure an appointment & so they can charge for late cancellations/missed appointment.

  We will definitely use The Fix It Guy again if we have other appliance issues. They are so responsive and so helpful: we needed a new oven motor and fan on our LG stove and they gave us not only the model numbers but suggestions as to where to buy parts which was cheaper than going through LG.
  
  Gabriel who did the diagnostic and installation was wonderful to work with.

  Just wanted to share my experience with Fixitguys:
  
  First off, They professionalism and courteous nature of the company is just great. They're prompt, on time and Gabriel who helped us with our fridge were in the best spirits.
  
  Unfortunately, they were unable to fix our fridge after two service calls out. The fridge is nearly 20 years old and we appreciated the continuous effort and refund they have for the parts back.
  
  Even though the fix did not work, I would use them for the customer service alone.
