Awesome company! You can already tell that they do great work based on the reviews. I just want to add that the reviews are accurate. I called on a Monday, they came out the next morning and assessed the broken refrigerator, ordered the parts, and completed the repair on Friday. Super professional and very reasonably priced. The refrigerator is working perfectly now and they offer a 90 day warranty as well. I highly recommend!

The repairman, Miguel, was here for hours. During this time, he left twice to go to the hardware store but the second time was gone for over an hour without any explanation. He was purchasing simple tubing to repair a leak.
After hour 3, he simply said he was having a hard day and gave up… no explanation as to whether the tubing was wrong, the repair was not possible, why he was giving up… just left without completing the work. Again… the work was to simply repair a leak by replacing a hose. And 3 hours later he just left without making the repair. 1 star I a generous. -
