I approached Laura in hope that she would be able to assist with a recent diagnosis of an underctive thyroid, and I wasn't dissapointed with the outcome of working with Laura.

People always say I cannot recommend this person enough but I truly mean it when I say I cannot recommend Laura enough. I suffered for 5 long years with severe painful hand eczema. I had to give up work, I had to wear gloves to cover them as they were so painful and I grew an unhealthy fear of food as I thought it was making my hands worse. She was able to identify really quickly from our conversations that my biggest challenge with healthy eating/losing weight has been that I generally just don’t prioritise myself or my health. When I was able to make the connection and consciously decide to put myself first, it made a huge difference.

The meal plans and recipes were exactly to my taste and although Laura always checked to see if I would like anything changed, I was always delighted with the options. I first met Laura via my gym back in 2017. I’d be the first person to say I am not expert in nutrition. Back in 2017 I knew even less however Laura helped me understand what to look out for on food packages and gave me some sound advice. I learned a lot. We analysed my diet over a number of days and with simple changes I felt a real difference to my energy and well-being. Some of it, as I say was simple changes like lowering my sugar intake at breakfast so that I don’t get an energy drop in the morning.

Recently I got in touch again with Laura to get some further help/advice. There’s lots of information out there on the world wide web however I wanted someone qualified who I could trust. We again reviewed my diet. It was still pretty good however Laura suggested some new recipes and easy changes I could make to fine tune it. She really helped me, meet my goals. I was sign-posted to trusted websites and podcasts where I could get further information. Laura introduced to many new tasty healthy foods. I’m still loving eating these “new” to me foods.

We used zoom to chat and it was very easy to fit in catchup sessions at a time that suited.
All in all, once again it was a great experience.

I am so happy I found Laura! I worked with Laura for last 6 weeks and my habits have changed so much, all because of her guidance. Laura always had answers to all my questions, she made me a meal plan to follow and made sure I can personalise it for my needs. Laura’s plan was maintainable & personalised. Even though I only made small changes it’s the best I’ve felt physically & mentally in a long time. I’m sleeping better & my skin looks better. It’s the first time I’ve followed a plan that isn’t a ‘diet’ I didn’t weigh myself once throughout but saw & felt the results. I didn’t once restrict myself which made it more maintainable.
