  Time to do it right

  I don’t think I’ve ever been so pleased to write a review before. Allie Martinez is a small miracle worker. I’ve been in the process of growing out to my natural grey. I’ve been dye free for 7 months. My last experience with a different stylist was horrible! I told her of my goals to grow out my hair to natural grey and she convinced me to put a toner on it. This turned my hair purple and took 8 hours of “correction” which did a lot of damage to my hair. I’ve been in the grow out/recovery process for 7 months and was very nervous about seeing anyone to try to blend the color and help with the horrible blorange that was going on.
  I was watching Allie on Instagram for months; she’s so talented and her work is very impressive. I made an appointment for a consultation before any actual work was done. Allie took the time to listen to my detailed hair history and why I’m so nervous to have any correction done. She mad sure she took her time to understand my goals for going to my natural grey. She was very patient and kind as she listened intently to my story.
  Her execution was flawless! She was able to do a partial weave of highlights and lowlights at the line of demarcation without touching my 7 months grow out roots. I’m thrilled with the results! It’s making my grow out process much less painful and I don’t hate my reflection in the mirror anymore.
  Than you Allie, you’re so talented and I’m grateful to have found you. You’re making this next stage much easier. You treated me so kindly and the results were amazing!

  Omg!!! I LOVE Allie sooo much. Her unique and relaxed personality is a definite match to me. She listens, is honest, and steps in when I’m asking for crazy stuff. We had a great session styling and coloring. My results were great. She’s amazing.

  So talented!

  I’ve been afraid to go to the hair stylist after multiple bad experiences. After 5 years I went to see Allie. She’s so nice and easy to talk to. I’ve never once felt stuck with anything. I felt that she wouldn’t let me walk out without loving my hair. Since I’ve got my hair done I’ve received tons of compliments, people love my hair and keep asking me who did it!   A true professional!

  Allie is amazing at her craft. She is a fabulous listener and superb with color. I was nervous about going to someone new given my long thick hair and battle with gray.   Delightful and Amazing!

  Allie is the Best Hair stylist ever!

  Allie has been with my hair through thick and thin. When I first started going to the salon I didn’t know who to pick. By luck, they said that they have a stylist named Allie that would be willing to do vivid colors. Ever since then she has been my favorite stylist. She has achieved a various color spectrums with me. We have been through blue, purple, magenta, pink, and next sliver purple. I wish I could post all of them but I can’t. She is so loving, fun to chat with, and gets the job done. I recommend her to everyone! I promise she won’t disappoint, she hasn’t disappointed me and she does my vivid hair styles!

  I came to Allie after I have had nobody able to do what I wanted, my hair was a lost case. She didn't need that much explanation and started working.... she made a miracle with my hair!! she fixed it, got exactly the shade I wanted and did the best hair cut I ever had.   My hair is a handful, it’s long dark and thick. Allie is the only one I have know that can handle my hair with ease. I walk in a hot mess and leave feeling like a goddess. She really is a miricle worker. She is so sweet too, I told her how I had been having problems with my scalp and she offered to help me with a 3-Step scalp treatment that helped to clear up the scalp issues that I had been having.   I have been styled by Allie for over six years, and I wouldn't dream of ever seeing anyone else! She was the stylist recommended to me by the receptionist when I called to ask who would be best suited for my curly thick hair and I haven't looked back.   I have been going to Allie for over 3 years. She is the blonde GODDESS.
  I first came to her after an ombré gone wrong and she turned me into a beautiful, bright blonde. She spends 3 hours on my full weave and does fantastic work. I am bright but she still manages to keep me non break off and never chunky.
  I am also a type A and have to have my hair perfect - when I am unhappy with the smallest thing she gets me in within the next day or two and fixes whatever I need at no charge, and never gives me grief about it.
  I will continue going to her and I recommend all my blonde friends to her as well!

  I feel very fortunate that I was booked with Allie when I walked into Urban Colorz a few years ago. My hair has never looked better and I get compliments on my color all the time. She is very accommodating and I really appreciate her time management skills. She is always ready for me when it's my appointment time. Love Allie and very lucky I found her!
