Good experience to engage Lacasa for defect inspection. Jerry and his partner are professional at not only defect inspection but also know how to negotiate with sub contractors in order to protect the owner's right in defect rectification. I think this is the most important factor to be considered when decide which defect inspection company should be engaged.

I have done a lot of research for the best professional in the market to check defects for my new home. I came across Lacasa and know that Jerry and Dawn have worked for one of a well reputable main-con in Singapore. I have dealt with the main-con on a few occasions and I know they have very high standard when comes to the quality of work. Without hesitation, I have decided to engage their services. Jerry and Dawn are very detailed in checking for defects, whereby they will even zoom in to the fine details, which layman like me and my wife will not be able to spot them. They will go through the defects with me, explain its implication and upload photos of the defects through Novade app prior to the joint inspection with the main-con.
