Christy is awesome! We lived in Colorado and were moving to the Little Rock area. We sent Christy a list of houses we were interested in, and of course all of them were already under contract. However, that also told Christy the type of home we were looking for. She sent us information on homes as soon as they came on the market, and sent video of the ones we were most interested in. With Christy's help, we made an offer on the perfect home days before getting to Little Rock -- and our offer was accepted. Christy also hooked us up with a fantastic loan officer who was able to work around an issue we had with one of the credit bureaus, and we were able to successfully close the deal. Christy was amazing with helping us buy our new home in Arkansas. We did just about all of it from our home in colorado. Anytime I saw a listing I was interested in she was quick to look at it. Christy is amazing! She worked with me to make time for showings every day after work. Within one week I went from not knowing really anything about real estate, to putting a house under contract with the help of her advice. She also has connections to different services needed for homes: lawn care, foundation repair, inspections, etc. I recommend her greatly!
My fiancée and myself have been working with Christy for almost 9 months. We were very specific in our needs. Home needed a garage, outbuilding, at least 1.5 acres, minimal neighbors, no HOA, and under $250,000. On top of our specific requirements we were doing this from 9 hours away. Christy went above and beyond, was always uplifting, and made sure we were comfortable at every twist and turn of the home purchasing process. I’m a new real estate investor and Christy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s speedy, attentive, and very investor friendly. She will stick out her neck for you. Many realtors will try to sell you a house for the commissions but not Christy. If she doesn’t think it’s a good property or a good fit, she won’t try to sell it. Christy helped us with a looking for a lot recently. She was amazing and easy to work with. It was a stressful situation and her personality was very calming.
