Wir haben an unserer Hochzeit im Hotel Gerber übernachtet und insgesamt 7 Zimmer gebucht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief sehr gut und auch der Check in verlief ohne Probleme. Das Zimmer das wir als Brautpaar bekamen war sicher nicht das Schönste,aber für uns völlig ausreichend. Enttäuschend war allerdings, dass man einem frisch verheirateten Paar nicht einmal eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zukommen lässt, sei es eine kleine Dekoration im Zimmer,ein Piccolofläschchen oder ähnliches. Man hat uns beim Auschecken gerade mal noch gratuliert. Auch unserer Bitte die Tische beim Frühstück zusammen zu stellen,damit wir mit unseren Freunden gemeinsam frühstücken könnten, ist man nicht nach gekommen. Im Vorfeld hieß es,man müsse sehen, wie es mit den anderen Gästen möglich wäre.Allerdings war kein einziger anderer Gast im Frühstücksraum ,es wäre also problemlos möglich gewesen.
Das Frühstück war ok,es wurde jedoch ab 10 Uhr nicht mehr nachgelegt, obwohl das Frühstück bis 11 Uhr ging.Nicht mal die leere Wasserflasche wurde ausgetauscht ohne dass man hätte nachfragen müssen. Wir sind nicht besonders anspruchsvoll, aber gewisse Dinge gehören einfach zu einem guten Service dazu und da fehlt es leider an einigen Stellen. Da wir noch nicht einmal gefragt wurden ob wir zufrieden waren,habe ich mich für diese Rezension entschieden. Leider keine Weiterempfehlung.
