  Superior Service!

  I purchased drives from Chris back in '19, I'd just got an arcade cabinet but didn't really know what I was doing..  Chris was amazing! He helped get things up and running in no time.  I appreciated the help and his commitment to the content so I gave my support via the Patreon subscription.  Fast forward 7 years and still a supporter!  Recently I had a major hardware failure requiring a new PC and the rebuild of two drives.  Once again Chris to the rescue!  Without hesitation he stepped in and helped restore the machine to its former glory.  I'd highly recommend Chris and the service he provides.   Awesome game drive build.

  Chris continuously updates the game drive with new content and improvements. I struggled for years getting multiple emulators to work on my mega cabinet. Chris is super responsive and is generous with his help. I appreciate the community that he has built with very knowledgeable people. I know spend more time playing games then tinkering.

  Started with the 16TB and upgraded to the 48TB

  I started with the 16TB and was really happy with the content and the struturing of the drive. Each drive is broken down by letter and its quite easy to see how its all layed out. There was a bump or two in the setup but I contacted Chris and he logged right in and did the setup for me. Then after playing around with teh various games, I decided to add the other two drives. Overall, great experience, happy with the support on his discord page and theres an extensive amount of content!

  You've gotta buy this!!

  Let me just say that Chris is really awesome to work with. I ordered an 8tb drive from and when it arrived it wasn't functional. Right away he sent me another drive. Crazily, it too was DOA. Without flinching he sent me another drive and the 3rd time was the charm.
  
  Chris was so nice and helpful the whole time promising to make everything right or refund me. In my eyes everything is most definitely right now!! It's like a life long dream come true to have access to so many games in one machine. Order one like yesterday if you were on the fence. Seriously, it's completely worth it and then some.
  
  Last bit of advice, make sure you have a pc with a space for an additional drive. To be honest you can probably get a pc from a local pc repair shop with a graphics card and space for the drive for under $500. So for less than $1000 you've got a complete home arcade any gamer would be envious of. Pinball too!!!

  Best customer service I have ever witnessed

  I had already purchased a 4TB gaming drive from another seller to play the games I grew up with after doing some research and saw some videos on youtube about the drive. After a couple of months of messing with it, I got the point where I didnt want to mess with it anymore but it never really worked right anyways.... (Arcade Control Top).
  After some back and forth with the original purchaser, it became apparent that he didnt know nearly as much as he lead me to believe, so I started to look around for somebody else to help me. Then I came across Hyper Arcade Systems. I had some issues with my set up because the other system had me setup a redundent Pac 64 as I wanted LEDBlinky to work, and the wiring had to be redone on the ipac as well, as it wasnt standard. Christopher Shaw worked with me for a few hours to get my setup straight and working. Companies and products are only as good as those who stand behind them. Best purchase and best customer service I've ever had. I'm 60 yrs old so I have seen alot!

  Great person and wonderful to go to for video game needs

  I got the 48tb package on Black Friday weekend. After i got my hard drives and things set I started the downloads. I didnt know how to quite get the download started and Chris was there to help. He is making sure all is done right and the help he has given is out of sight.
  I have had a rough year, Nothing seems to go right. I was beginning to think that the world is just full of A holes. But Chris has made me feel better about things. so glad i went through him and will 5 star him to all. I am so excited to almost have it all set up and playing all the games I love. He is the person and company you can trust and know that if you having problems you will get taken care of. the service you get is wonderful.
