Jackee is by far one of the best yoga teachers I have come across. Her classes leave you totally relaxed. The yoga poses leaves every muscle in the body tension and stress free. The stretches help immensely in loosening tight muscles. She will help you ease into the poses should you require any help. Has a very unique yoga style. Can't rate her highly enough she is that good.
Jackee is a great teacher. Fun class combined with a really good workout.
