I have been working with Julie in her Fit, Fab and Food group for 4 weeks now and I cannot say enough good things! I have already lost 1.5 inches off my waist, also lost inches off my biceps, thighs and calves as well!! In just 4 weeks!! The most important part of this program for me is learning to eat a balanced diet and figuring out what works for me. I am a person who used to only have one meal a day, I just was not hungry. I knew this was not healthy and to lose the weight I needed to eat a balanced, healthy meal plan! And, through Julie's guidance, it is already working; I am sleeping better, my mental wellness is more balanced, I am able to focus better and there is more energy for the day! I have had the pleasure of working with Julie a couple of times over the past. I, like a lot of women, have struggled with my weight and image and have tried several different trainers to get in shape. I can say with confidence that if you stick with Julies program you will get results. The last time I worked with her I lost 30 pounds which was great but I also had more energy, I felt strong, and just felt better all around.

For me the big difference has been not only having a trainer who knows her stuff but also having someone in your court that genuinely cares about you and wants to see you succeed. At the end of the day it's up to me to make the changes but she is there to help me through the struggles and successes and pushes me to the next level.

I started working with Julie again a couple of months ago and I am really enjoying it. She is giving me the tools to get back in the game after having a family and feel my best.

I have been a dieter for most of my life, from low fat to the Cabbage Soup diet, you name it I have done it! I decided to enrol in Julies 6 week Kickstart program and it has been life changing for me. I loved my reiki session with Julie. The space was very comfortable. I liked that she had calming music playing and she didn’t rush to finish in an hour. I was completely relaxed and felt great afterwards! Would definitely go again and recommend to my friends! If you are new to reiki or are looking for a reiki practitioner give her a try .

Having only been training with Julie for a few weeks, I feel my mental and physical strength has improved. First about me, 49 y/o guy over 250lbs. I have an extensive background in the gym, running, swimming etc. As well as played the major sports hockey, football, you know the drill. I'm pretty aware of my body, posture and have battled my weight my entire life. (by the way its more about what I put in my mouth, I know, but I love to exercise, lol!)

Now I met Julie about a year ago and I really enjoy her energy, positive message, consistency and attention to details. Sometimes the smallest tweaks to a movement, slowing it down, rotate your hand (in or out), thumbs up, relax the adjacent muscles. BOOM, totally different exercise, proper muscle fatigue, no pain.

Her knowledge of the body and movement, she watches your movement and is so helpful correcting the posture or technique.
