⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I cannot recommend KB Awnings in Coventry highly enough. From the very first survey through to the final installation, the level of customer service has been outstanding.
What really sets this company apart is the clear sense of family values that runs through everything they do. It’s reflected not only in their professionalism, but in the genuine care and attention they give to each customer. You feel valued and looked after at every stage of the process.
Rob and Darren are consummate professionals—knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered expert advice, and delivered a solution that exceeded our expectations.
The quality of the product is superb, and the installation was carried out with real precision and care. It’s rare nowadays to find a business that combines such high standards of workmanship with integrity and customer focus—but KB Awnings absolutely does.
I genuinely couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and exceptional service.
From the initial survey at home to the installation of the awning we have been very impressed and highly satisfied by the customer care and quality of the craftsmanship. Honestly we wish to find more trade companies with such values and professionalism. The home survey is very clear and simple, all details are explained and there is no sales pressure at all. Few days after we did receive a quote matching exactly the review. We did ask to re-review the catalog of colour fabrics to finalise our colour choice, again, no issue at all, they came back home👍 The completion of the work was effective, net and tidy! First time that I do not have to clean after a building work. Again invoice been received straight after the payment, they are very professional. We are over the moon and are highly recommending KB Awnings to anyone. To our opinion, they are the best.
I have used K.B Awnings a number of times for various projects. Now I have just had them in to fit one or their signature awnings. Well yet again their attention to detail and customer service is second to none. In this day and age that is very unusual and refreshing. This is a family run business and the quality of their work is a credit to them. I highly recommend their services
From start to finish a fantastic experience. Everything was clearly explained and Darren and Rob kept us updated through the process through to the awning being fitted yesterday 19th May. Beautiful work fitting and what an amazing product, it looks so smart and the fitted lights really finish it off (6m x 3.5m awning). Thank you. Look forward to seeing you again when you come to fit my mothers 🥳
Our new awning fitted by family business owners, Darren and Rob Knight of KB Awnings, is nothing short of WONDERFUL.. The two brothers were very polite, efficient, and professional. Their non-pressure presentation of their products was a pleasure to experience. The new awning was fitted with the same professionalism - If you are thinking about a new awning do not miss the opportunity of having a caring, professional company looking after you from start to finish - KB Awnings.
We have just had an awning fitted (20/03/25) by Darren and Robert (KB AWNINGS Ltd) and are so pleased with the result. They were very professional in their approach, arriving when they said they would, explained everything clearly, extremely polite and tidied up before they left. We highly recommend this family firm.
It has been a pleasure to do business with this experienced, knowledgeable family run business..
They were punctual, efficient and showed respect to our property whilst installing our 5metre wide awning.
They consulted and explained the product and just as importantly they were polite, clean and tidied up before they left. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will use them again.
We have just had an awning put up in the back garden and am really pleased with it. Rob and Darren have done a lovely job, turning up on time and leaving everything neat and tidy. It’s raining at the moment but I can’t wait for the sunny weather to come back so that we can enjoy our lovely garden.
Couldn't have chosen a better company to do the work - I would recommend you to anyone!
Great to deal with a family company that are clearly proud of their product. Fitted efficiently and left site clean and tidy. Would recommend

Fantastic job carried out by Darren and Rob. Quick lead time, quick fitting, no mess. Very pleased with the material quality and craftmanship. Darren and his brother came back and moved the position of the awning in order to get more shade and did it as a courtesy. Great customer service and decent prices, i cannot recommend the company enough. You will not be disappointed.
