  This was my first real time having to deal with medical professionals, and I was nervous at first, but everyone was extremely polite and welcoming. Dr. Frank took personal interest in my recovery and was very clear with his instructions. I'm no medical expert, but I feel like I've never heard of someone's recovery going so smoothly. I can't wait to resume the things I was doing before the accident and re-gain a sense of normalcy.

  I went to see Dr. Wen again for the first time after a long time. I went in to check on my neck and shoulder pain and overall tightness around my upper back.
  
  The last time I saw him was 3 years ago before the pandemic when he was treating my shoulder pain from sport's injury. It's been a while now and I have seen so many other doctors who just don't care about their patients and treat them just as another name in their schedule book. I almost forgot what a passionate doctor looks like but Dr. Wen just reminded me again. He embodies that caring doctor who is truly excited to see you and wants to know how to make your life better.
  
  Dr. Wen patiently listened to my concerns and genuinely empathized with my struggles. He didn't rush through the examination and carefully noted every location of instability or type of pain that I exhibited. He took the time to observe and analyze before arriving at his scientific diagnosis. He also explained them in layman terms so they can easily be understood. He provided a clear and tangible plan for the treatment. He was upfront about the costs and the time it would take. His goal is to get his patients back on their feet with a minimum amount of visits so he would design each visit uniquely tailored to my conditions and progress. He would provide a thorough and extensive session utilizing various treatment methods based on the latest scientific and medical research.
  
  Overall, I'm really happy to see Dr. Wen again and know that I am in good hands. I trust he has my best interests in mind and I'm confident that he can deliver his treatment and get me to where I want to be.

  I highly recommend Dr. Frank and his practice.
  
  I am a returning patient of Dr. Frank's. I was first treated by him. before the pandemic when they were located on Market Street , Kirkland.
  
  Fastword to 2023. I am back in pain from all kinds of muscle weakness and tightness (and I got lazy with the at home exercises Dr Wen had recommended ) and started to look for Dr Wen again.
  
  I could not remember the name of the practice but I was determined to find him. I even drove to the Market place location to physically look for the practice.
  Luckily I found the address of their new location.
  
  Dr Wen's patient care during the visit, his treatment plan, his rehabilitation course and his advice, everything is catered towards the patient.
  Susan is wonderful, they make a great team. I love their new location too. Very convenient , clean and professional.

  Dr. Frank is fantastic! He helped me and my family multiple times. We got better in 1-2 sessions. Dr. Frank puts sincere interest on each of his patients and spends more minutes each time than my other chiropractors. The clinic is tidy, well-organized which makes it a very comfortable place. Friendly staff too. Highly recommended!

  I have been seeing Dr. Wen for a few years before he moved his office from Market Street to Totem Lake. I was out of town for a while, and when I returned home, I found out that Dr. Wen had moved office. I did not have his contact info, so I kept searching in Yelp for the best chiropractor in Kirkland. Luckily, I found him on Yelp and have been seeing him again. Dr. Wen is the best chiropractor I have ever seen, he patiently listens to my problems, carefully analyzes my gait, diagnoses the root cause, and was able to give me proper treatment through a combination of adjustment and physical therapy. Dr. Wen gives me homework in an app with video of different exercises which could help me get stronger and better. I can log my activity to keep track of my progress. Dr. Wen really cares about his patients, in between my visits, he checks in with me to see if I have made progress from my homework exercises, and make sure I am not lazy :)
  
  Even though Dr. Wen is not a network chiropractor, but sometimes it's not all about insurance, nothing compares to his professionalism, knowledge and caring to patients!

  It will be the best decision in your life to go visit Dr Frank. I had a chronic back pain that always flare up every once in a while and Dr Frank took time to examine carefully and helped me along with the progressive treatment and exercise plan. I have been to many chiropractors, physical therapy, acupuncture and I can confidently say Dr Frank is one of my top two experiences (out of over twenty) I have had that really strengthened my back and overall body coordination. I am back up exercising and playing sports like I always wanted to get back to.

  Dr Frank is hands down the best doctor I have ever met. I was in a lot of pain and he went the extra mile to get to the root of the problem. He took a lot of time with me; he gave me excellent exercises to help heal my chronic pain. He referred me to a hip doctor and called them to schedule for me. He ordered a MRI. He wrote emails weekly to check on me. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate and truly cares. I highly recommend him!
