Kyle has been my personal trainer for over two years now and I couldn’t thank him enough! I get continuous support from him inside & outside of the gym. If I ever need his help he is only a message away. Over time Kyle has taught me a lot like the correct/perfect posture for every excersise, discipline, the right foods to eat and avoid for different body weight goals and so on.

Kyle is one of the best personal trainers I have worked with. Not only is he super knowledgeable about exercises, proper form and nutritional tips needed to achieve your goals, but he is also really personable and funny as well. He makes working out fun, but really pushes you when necessary.

When I first started to train with Tallett Training I was lacking any body confidence, had no clear goals in place and very little knowledge of fitness and nutrition.
Kyle was very proactive in helping me set realistic goals and was so easy to talk to about a subject that was very sensitive to many women and myself.
We spoke about what I found difficult, what little changes I could make to achieve the bigger goal.
Within the first few weeks my mind set had began to change and the results came easy just by simply following exactly what Kyle had asked me to do.

Kyle trained me last year in the build up to summer, he was very professional and had great knowledge regarding training techniques, dietary plans and helped me on a successful weight loss journey. I met Kyle in the gym while I was trying to get back into shape. I didn't like going to the gym or exercising but he managed to get me to love it. Even though his workouts were hard he still kept your spirits up and got you to push yourself to do the best you can.

Kyle has not only been a great personal trainer but a mentor and a friend for us. We now understand what we need to do to feel that we are progressing and we see our efforts paying off. He works with a smile on his face, which makes training more enjoyable and we laugh as we exercise.
