I attended the Self-Love Meditation in February 2023 and wasn’t sure what to expect….this was a first for me. Hayley was warm and welcoming with a beautiful setting of flowers greeting us as the location. She began by making sure we were comfortable, introduced us to what we would be doing, then led us through a motivational yet relaxing meditation session. Her positive energy made it easy to become submerged in the session, it was quite a beautiful experience. I look forward to attending future sessions with her.
