  At first, I thought life coaching wasn’t any different from
  therapy, but boy was I wrong—and all the better for it. Those first 30 minutes
  were the first step to setting me back on track. Aimee is a professional at
  what she does and has taught me a lot of things during that first meeting,
  including what it means for her to be a life coach. She treats you like an
  equal so that she can really see where you’re coming from. She helped me see
  problems in my life that I was completely oblivious too!

  There was once a time where my anxiety would get the best of
  me. Couldn’t focus, couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep. It was almost 6 months ago
  when I finally said enough was enough. Since then, Aimee has helped me set my
  life back on track again. And even though my anxiety isn’t completely gone, I
  now have the tools and methods to fight back. Aimee supports me and keeps me
