I have used Listingtunnel several times and have been nothing less than extremely happy. From the moment I contacted Chad, I got prompt service. Most photographers give you a small handful of pictures, my first photo shoot with Chad I got well over seventy pictures to choose from and the quality was great. I also LOVE the 3-d Matterport, it gives the buyers who are shopping online a much better idea of the layout of the home before they ever go to see it. I highly recommend Listingtunnel.

When listing your property you need to shine above the competition. Hands down I use Chad Latham, top notch marketing man. Chad and his team come in and do professional photos, 3D of the entire house, and create an individual website for each of the homes I list. I take pride in what I do. Chad is professional, knowledgeable and has top notch equipment!

As a realtor for over 20 years I am constantly looking for ways to stand out and keep up to date with the rapidly changing world of internert marketing. Roger, Finn, & I wish to, once again, express our gratitude to you for without your intervention I truly believe our home would still be on the market!! We are also extremely thankful that our listing broker was with Keller Williams and had she not attended a seminar (KW) sponsored...again, we would still be on the market.
As you know we were listed for 3.5 years...great property just an extremely tough market in the Mid-Coast area abetted by lackluster agents. We changed brokers in June and within 10 days Mary came to the house and said "you have to do this, it's a brand new marketing tool which will sell this property!" I called you that afternoon and a week later you walked through our door!
