I will be starting my chemo very soon so I decided to cut my hair and get a wig. From the first time we started talking over email, she always made me feel so comfortable. Welcomed me at the door with a great big smile. She took the time to get to know me before we started. I shared my story and she shared hers which allowed me to feel a bit more comfortable with my situation. She showed me all the wigs I wanted and allowed me to have fun with them. She made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and I wanted to make sure I felt very confident with it. Once my hair starts growing again I would definitely go back for extension or something. I just love the way I felt with her. Thank you

I visited Lori in August of this year as I was recovering from a mastectomy, packing up my home of 30 years to move to a new house in San Diego county and preparing to start chemo 5 days after the move. On top of all that I was worried about losing my hair. I was so happy to have my wigs ready when that time came. My visit to Lori's salon was so reassuring. I appreciated the privacy of her in-home salon, her empathy as someone who has personally dealt with hair loss, and her willingness to share her knowledge. I was able to find a wig in her large inventory and ordered another one. Lori even phoned after the second wig arrived to check that I was happy with it. You won't be disappointed with Lori's compassionate service.
