  Lori's warm welcome into her home and studio put my mom and I right at ease. She is very pleasant, accomodating and patient. She offers a wide selection of hairpieces to choose from and made it easy for my mom to pick out the one that is right for her. Lori is knowledgable of her products and gave us detailed description of the ones she presented, pointing out pros and cons of the length, color and style for my mom. She asked and listened to what we were looking for and honestly gave her own expert opinion if the wig suits my mom or not. The experience is truly personalized. We did not feel rushed. Lori made sure my mom was comfortable and happy with what she chose and told us of other services she offers to customize the wig, which is really good to know. We had a great time at her place and accomplished what we came in for. In a nutshell, we highly recommend Lori's Lemonade Stand.

  Lori's Lemonade Stand is amazing. My mom recently found out she has breast cancer. She had a friend help her cut off her hair, but wanted a wig that still felt like it looked like her. My mom tried the ones in a catalog, but we noticed it was hard to tell from a picture. Her hairstylist recommended Lori and since my mom wasn't happy with her wigs she made an appointment with Lori. I took her to Lori's to find a cute Salon in her house. Lori was very warm and friendly and took her time with my mom even though we were thirty minutes late for our appointment. Thank you, Lori, for making her experience calm and relaxing and letting her try on as many wigs as she wanted. She was really happy when she left.

  I wanted to say what a joy it was to meet Lori. I was just diagnosed with breast cancer and lost my hair. I wanted to find a wig that still looked like me, but the ones I ordered in the catalog were just not cutting it. I needed a place where I could go and try on wigs. My friend who does my hair recommended Lori's Lemonade Stand. I am sure glad she made the recommendation. I had a great experience at her home. She took me into a room in the back of her house that was a cute little salon. She helped me to try on a lot of wigs and helped me to see what wigs might work and some that might not work for me.   What a fantastic experience. My wife is starting to lose her hair because of chemo for bone cancer. Her hair has always been her crown and glory making a choice for a wig very important and emotional. Lori in her empathetic way made every attempt to find the right wig. Lori had to find another source of supplier from her own usual list. She did and it was a perfect match. My wife was delighted. You must call Lori before you try anyone else.   I wanted to edit my original post because I wanted to leave a better review. Words cannot describe how warm, welcoming, attentive, kind and hospitable Lori is. I'll admit that it was a little off putting going to someone's home but she has the greatest little set up in its own room. It makes you feel like you're in a cute salon. My Mom has had thin hair for a good many years and recently learned she has a cancerous spot on her scalp. Unfortunately, the doctor did not get all of the cancer the first time around so she has to go back to get the rest removed and while it may not be terribly noticeable I know she's going to feel self conscious about it. I scheduled a last minute appointment as a surprise for my mom to see if wearing a wig would appeal to her at all as she doesn't even like hats on her head. Lori took the time to explain the different types of wigs to her and how to care for them, chose a few for her to try then helped her narrow it down and showed her how to put it on properly. This is such a big deal for someone who's never worn a wig. And it was a big deal to me to have someone show so much compassion towards my Mom. I watched my Mom go from being apprehensive about the whole thing to seeing her feel more comfortable by the time we left which is saying a whole lot if you know my Mother. I may have had to hold back tears a few times during our visit. I happened to stumble upon Lori's place doing a search for wigs and after reading the reviews I felt that Lori would be the perfect person to take my mom to. She made us feel welcome in her home right away and made my Mom feel very comfortable. Lori certainly has a genuine way with people. I would recommend anyone to come check out Lori and her awesome collection of beautiful wigs. Thank you, Lori. You are providing a wonderful service and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  Wonderful experience. Lori is so kind and sweet, she makes you feel so comfortable. At first I wasn't sure of the location. Her business is at her home. But I loved the privacy.   I found Lori online when I googled wigs near me..I was looking for a place to take my mom who was diagnosed with a devestating illness lung cancer, she was starting her chemotherapy and really wanted a wig. Lori was so warm and welcoming and she herself wears wigs so has a more personal touch and compassion for her clients. We found a wig right away that looks so natural which really made my mom feel good about herself.
