When I entered the office I appreciated how clean and well-kept it was, cleanliness was clearly a priority throughout all of the medical areas so I loved that. The best part of my visit though was the service. I arrived for a pap smear and was called in soon after arriving, an assistant in the back checked my vitals and I sat in another waiting room but was called into the doctor room quickly. Silhy Mayra, PA entered and was incredibly friendly. She took care of business but didn't come across as rushed. I felt comfortable and supported. Soon I was on my way with my paperwork for bloodwork. Everything was a smooth process. Everyone I was in contact with, including the receptionists, are kind and thorough in their work. Even when making an appointment the receptionist took care of the tiniest details, such as updating me when I needed to be on hold for a longer period. Happy to have found this place.
