  Do not hesitate to reach out to Medi-Cal Consulting Services. As someone who needed help navigating the application process to obtain Medi-Cal long term care for my elderly mother, Medi-Cal Consulting was a god-send. It is difficult navigating state/federal systems (all-the-run-around, no call backs, etc.) I have always received a prompt reply WITH solutions for my inquiries. It is good to know that their service exists to help translate a lengthy and often-confusing process. In other words (layman terms), it is good to have a reliable resource and know I am not alone.

  Words cannot express the thanks I give to Medi-Cal Consulting Services/MCS.
  Lisa Ramsey spoke to me and explained the steps for applying for Medi-Cal. I was overwhelmed and knew I could not do this without help. I had called two other firms for help and their explanations were a far cry compared to Lisa's Medi-Cal Consulting Services. All they wanted was their fee upfront and the explanations would follow. It was like speaking to a Car Salesman!
  After speaking to Lisa, which was more than 15 minutes, I selected MCS. Linda Navarro was my consultant. She walked me thru all the documents I needed to provide. Linda answered all my questions as to "why" and "what for". She relived my stress and made me feel I was dealing with a professional. Step by step, I provided all the documents she requested by email and scanning. Before I knew it, the Medi-Cal application was approved.
  Again, I could not have done this without their help. I give 5 STARS PLUS to Linda Navarro, Lisa Ramsey and others I spoke to at MCS.

  Lisa Ramsey is an angel. 5 stars!! She is a light in the darkness and will give you hope when you have none. Being a full-time caregiver to a doubly disabled family member is the most exhausting and frustrating experience of my life. Trying to get help from Medi-cal and Medicare is soul-crushing when you sometimes have to wait months for a caseworker call back, when they enter your information incorrectly and when they don't seem to have a grasp on the agency that they claim to represent. Navigating the labyrinth of government bureaucracy to try to get help for a loved one is a perpetual and never-ending nightmare. THE ONLY encouragement and HOPE that I have had and that I have currently is in my conversations/emails/texts with Lisa Ramsey. She works 24/7 and yet still takes time to help me deal with this horrible situation. God bless Lisa Ramsey for her selflessness and compassion. I would be so lost without her.
