No customer service what so ever. I went in after being told that this place was terrible at customer service from a DJ friend. So I thought I'd give them a shot and see what they had for used equipment. I walked in and noticed at least 2 employees, 1 was assisting another customer. The other was on the computer with a cable in his hands when I walked by trying to make eye contact. Nothing. After walking around and then finally to the back of the store where the used equipment is, I moved things looking at it just waiting for an employee to realize I had questions about their Mackie Mixers. After looking at that I made my way back to the front thinking maybe if they noticed I was still here someone would at least say I'll be rate with you. But again nothing. So I tried staying at the front of the store looking at cables. After about 10mins just thumbing through the cables I gave up and walked out. Total store time was about half an hour. I think I'll keep shopping online for my equipment.

This is a great music (guitar) store, and I've been to dozens of guitar stores around the country. They will help you and won't pressure you, and they have a great range of guitars. Go there and be pleased.

VERY honest and knowledgable guys. They could not be more fair in taking equipment in for store credit. Deals as good or better than chain music stores and Amazon. They recommend what you need instead of trying to get you to spend more money. And, they remember you.
