Very friendly and willing to answer questions and explain the differences in equipment so I was able to to make a sound purchase that I felt comfortable with, and helped me with out any questions or hesitation with repairs when I came back in the next day and put me at ease and repaired my guitar. I highly recommend "Musician's 1st choice" their friendly and knowledgeable staff are professionals, Sorry I am not good with remembering name or I would mention his name I do know he is a fellow Veteran and was a Combat Engineer, thank you for all your help and keep up the great professionalism.

They were very helpful with information and showing me exactly what would be perfect for my daughters first drum set! A great price! Buying it as a Christmas gift an too big to hide so they let us keep it in store until we bring it home

Can't say enough good things about this place. I did some trading here and not only were they very fair and upfront, but I had a minor issue once I got home. I went back the next day and the gentleman who name I embarrassingly did not get was more than helpful and was a super easy guy to deal with. Its refreshing to go to a store where the people working there actually seem to enjoy what they do. The prices are just as good as any guitar center and the selection is pretty good. Tons of pedals at good prices and accessories by the ton. If you get a chance, it's worth a stop...I know I'll be back.
