This wonderful, supportive and hilarious group of ladies has brought about such a positive change in my life. As someone with a gym membership they barely use (and who feels pretty intimidated by exercise in general), this bootcamp has given me the chance to be part of a community and feel truly supported to celebrate the wins at my fitness level. I've only been going for 3 weeks now but in that time I've been welcomed, encouraged and have met lovely local ladies who I wouldn't have otherwise met.
It's also helped me to feel connected to my neighbourhood (how beautiful is Fawkner Park?!) and have an excuse to be active before or after work. The classes are challenging and as a beginner, there's always alternative options for me if I need it. All of the trainers are super down to earth and friendly, and they've taken the time to show me each move and make sure I'm doing them correctly.
I'm really looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with MFW - I highly recommend this group to anyone who needs a bit of extra motivation and encouragement to get active. Thank you MFW!
I have been training with Pia, Vicky and Dani at MFW for just over two years since I first moved to Melbourne and its the best decision I made! I've tried so many other fitness regimes (F45, Ashy Bines bootcamps, Kayla's sweat programme etc) and MFW is by far the most sustainable, most challenging and most fun! There is literally nothing else that could get me out of bed at 5:30 am in the middle of winter, but I genuinely do this 4 -5 times a week, every week because I enjoy it so much! (Don't worry there are evening classes so you don't have to be a 'morning person' but it's amazing how quickly it becomes a habit). There's a huge variety in the classes available so you'll never get stuck in a rut and there's challenges so you can measure your improvement. In summer we train outdoors which is so nice after a long day in the office (in winter we have an indoor space still in the park so you still feel that you've been outside a bit). But the best part of MFW is the other girls who do, it's such an amazing community and that's what really sets it apart from other fitness regimes on offer. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and there is always a postive, fun atmosphere at every single workout. I can't recommend it enough!
After more than 2 years training with MFW on almost a daily basis, 5 stars doesn't begin to suggest how great this unique group of women is. It is such a great way to start the day, surrounded by the smiles and encouragement of such a genuine group of girls, sweating it out, laughing and getting fit in the funnest way possible. It is not about being the fittest or strongest or fastest; everyone is working at their own pace under the guidance of our incredible trainers! Get on board!!!
Before I started bootcamp I was nervous that I would be yelled at- this couldn't be further from the truth. The trainers are so nice and every class has a great atmosphere. It's easy to feel motivated to come again and again. They were also the best during my pregnancy and adapted all of the exercises. Thanks so much Pia and team!

I've been going to MFW bootcamp for about 2 years. I can honestly say I haven't been bored yet, there is heaps of variety in the exercises and types of workouts. Boxing 🥊 on Saturday is always a good laugh and the evening options mean you don't have to be a morning person to have a great workout during the week. I've increased my sessions from once per week to at least 3 per week - beware, it's addictive and the results are real!!!
I've FINALLY found my motivation to improve my fitness with MFW! After years of failed attempts and paying for unused gym memberships, I'm seeing results. Thank you to Pia and the girls for helping me to stay motivated - who knew getting up early for bootcamp could be so much fun!
I've been with MFW for a little while now and (although some days are still hard to get out of bed) I really enjoy the way I feel after classes! Not only is it a great workout, but the trainers (Pia, Sami and Vicki) are so supportive and encouraging, but not Sargent style! The girls we also train with are so much fun! No one ever takes themselves too seriously and being only 45min classes, means you can get in and out and completely forget you've done your exercise for the day! It's definitely part of my daily and weekly routine now, which I never thought I would say!
I've been going to PT group sessions for about a year and a half now, it is fantastic as it's something different each week so doesn't get boring and is catered to all fitness levels. I always feel challenged and highly recommend it to everyone! :)
MFW has been wonderful in helping me get back into fitness. If you want a trainer that has an extensive knowledge about health, provides the perfect balance of tough love and kindness and truly cares and helps improve your health- physically, emotionally and mentally, then you need to go here! Whatever fitness level, I would highly recommend Melbourne Fitness and Wellbeing.
I have trained with many PTs over the years and attended various group training sessions etc. MFW go above and beyond their call of duty when it comes to personal fitness. Classes are structured to suit all levels of fitness, you are constantly being challenged yet also able to work to your own level of fitness. All injuries are taken seriously and alternate exercises or advice always offered. The vibe of the class is always light and many laughs are had in an extremely friendly environment. I couldn't recommend them more!!!
