  Broken Wire

  They were able to squeeze us in relatively quickly given the high volume of interactions they are doing. Their system notified me when he was in transit. He showed up, started diagnosing our electrical issue right away (broken wire). Found the issue and repaired it quickly. He also replaced our propane regulator valve and tightened the awning. I highly recommend them.

  Honest & Trustworthy

  Can't say enough about any experience we've had with Steve and Erika! We have a permanent spot in East Tawas and we've personally seen how he handles everyone. We had him look at our slides because of the noise they made opening and closing. He was so thorough and walked us through everything and made the necessary adjustments. We also had small shards of twisted metal shavings keep appearing after we traveled and he determined it was because the factory didn't clean up after themselves so the shavings were working their way out during transport. We thought it was potentially coming from the slides and the cause of the grinding noise when we opened and closed them. We were relieved it wasn't something worse! He just repaired our awning arm and noticed some seals in the roof needed to be re-sealed. He's so honest and trustworthy that we're grateful to have access to his services. We highly recommend him!
