I was an atheist for most of my life, but after I read these essays, I became a believer in God. They changed my life for the better, strengthened my relationships with those close to me, and enabled me to better appreciate my religious observance. The essays present a wide variety of concise “pitches.” Although not every essay will resonate with everyone, some will resonate with most readers, as they did with me, and most will be thought-provoking. I give this collection of essays my highest recommendation for essential reading. Thank you Bruce.

Unique and memorable ideas. An impressive set of the unique reasons that prominent people believe in God, something that's not commonly discussed over dinner. I really enjoyed these ideas.

This website has deep insights from impressive authors from all walks of life. From scientists to artists, celebrities to philosophers, and so much more This really shows the different pathways to the divine in a very accessible way to speak to readers from many perspectives. I highly recommend this site.

The unique format of this website, with short essays by Thought Leaders, is visionary. Makes it very hard (if not impossible) to argue that God does not exist.

An absolutely wonderful collection of uplifting thoughts by a wide range of gifted and talented individuals celebrating knowing that there is unquestionably a G-d.

There are so many different reasons people have for retaining their belief in God in a secular age, and you will find a wide variety of those within these essays. I have also enjoyed reading the biographies of the authors.

I love how these essays are non-religious and don’t promote any religion over another.

At last! Essays about God that won’t turn off skeptics. This site approaches the topic from every conceivable perspective (science, nature, and art) and religious background (Christianity, Islam, and Judaism). And amazingly, each perspective occupies just a single page. If one person's approach doesn't speak to you, it is incredibly easy to move on to another.

No matter what your perspective about God, you'll find yourself absorbed in these essays once you begin reading. Getting a glimpse into the lives of the authors was no less riveting.

This site has assembled a varied and captivating collection of voices, giving a whole new dimension to this age-old discussion. While reading through the essays, I found myself tearing up at times, laughing out loud at others and smiling and nodding at ideas both new, and familiar.

I am so grateful for this website. As someone who wandered far from faith at times, it is so helpful to read the words of so many accomplished and thoughtful people about their well-considered reasons for believing in God. Each essay is well-written and conversational, carrying so much in just a few words.

I was really surprised that I never heard of all these “proofs” before. Most of these are not taught in schools or even most religious institutions — surely not the ones I attended for years. In fact, there is so much variety of the arguments on this website, and they are presented and footnoted so well, that for someone to tell me now, after they have read these essays, that they don’t believe in God, they would have to explain to me where all these highly intelligent people are all wrong. That would be very hard to do!

Very readable at one page per author.

Before I read essays on the site, I thought I believed that there was a God, but I definitely did not have an understanding of any of the arguments “proving” God’s existence. I just thought that I would have to wait to find out one day if God existed? But now, there is not a doubt in my mind.
