These evening meetings were not only few hours of deep learning, but also a nice moment to share with peers about all the common situations we all have experienced with our kids.
You feel sometimes much less alone and get more motivated to change your behavior when needed.
I like sharing the experience of being a mother with other parents. This workshop gave me the feeling that we are not alone facing difficulties with our kids; furthermore it helped me to understand that those issues are normal and taking part of the child's development. It gave keys to better deal with them in order to feel more confort and less conflict among the family. I would say that this workshop brought an harmony that I am very grateful for.
The course is really informative. It's also very effective. Anne is able to take us through Active Listening, I-Messages, Conflict resolution in just a few weeks. It helps us be aware of our parenting problems. All the techniques we learned in class do need practice.
I am glad I took this course. It gave me a great framework to improve both my listening and my communication with my family.
I feel this course should be a pre-requisite for new parents. It has helped me to shape the way I view other people's needs. I have become more confident about my own feelings, thus respecting others has become easier...

It is amazing to see what it can change so quickly in our family. It was a eye opener for me.My main learning was: to see the actions and behaviors we have with our kids as support to help them grow. From there, things were different, and I realized that was not about repeating a passed education or looking at my short term well-being. My mission was now much deeper: behaving in a way that helps my children flourish, have a good self-esteem, be connected with themselves and ready to face their life.My relationship with my kids have changed, I listen more to my their feelings and express mine more frequently. I could see the benefit very quickly as the family atmosphere is more relaxed. My boys told me after a few weeks that their dad is nicer, punishes and screams less.
Today, I feel I have more practical skills to create the right environment to help my children grow.
These workshops have forever changed my perception of parent / child communication, and even my perception of communication in general. There is a perfect balance between practical exercises, exchanges and theoretical contributions. Anne leads the group with professionalism & great kindness. She guides the group with her expertise without putting ourselves in an inferior position. I took Anne’s class in London. I could never thank her enough for what it has triggered in me.
