  I approached Tusha for my allergies which i have been experiencing for a long time. I used to be on allopathic medications for my allergies. Tusha worked with me diligently and consistently to help me with my allergies. Her attention to detail is amazing. Her assessment skills are good. Her knowledge and research are commendable. I love her holistic approach. She touches on every aspect of the body, mind and soul to heal from within. My allergies are at bay for now and she has given me a plan on how to keep them from coming back or what to do if they come back without the use of medications.   Tusha was a great Ayurveda consultant. She guided me through the food list that helps my body type, taught me some mudra ( gestures) that helped to improve my energy, she also taught me pranayama to help with stress, tension, the Ayurveda creams that she recommended were really good , the pain in the joints and muscles are gone in 5-10 minutes after application of the creams. She also suggested to do 13 minute meditation which is like a magic, it gave instant mental boost. She took time to discuss the symptoms, emotions in detail so that it can be treated carefully. She gave a lot emotional support and encouragement during consultation. She always say “ you can do it” I am glad I had this Ayurveda consultation so that I know what foods I can eat and what not, I also know how to eat food in moderation now. All the tips that she gave was simple, easy to follow on a daily basis. Small , simple changes made big difference in my health both at physical and emotional level. I lost 6 pounds over 8 weeks time, the cravings for sweets were much reduced.
