It would have been great except when we were leaving the "machine was broken" in our lane. We sat there a few minutes until the attendant told us to back up and come through another lane where our QR code could be read.
Great discount for prepaid and even better with the 40% off summer special. However, the parking garage should incorporate the green lights for every space like in Oregon so that we know if there's one available. Also, the bar code should incorporate adding to the phone wallet. I had a cancelled reservation, which I mistakenly used trying to exit. The cashier kept saying I must've taken a ticket, which I kept saying I used a bar code. She finally called support, who informed me to use my other bar code that wasn't cancelled. My bad. If I had the correct one in my wallet like the airline tickets and other attraction tickets, then I wouldn't have made the mistake. The cancelled and the 2nd confirmed ticket were next to each other in my Gmail account. Again my bad. But please add the wallet feature for my next trip. It was 120 degrees exiting so I couldn't think straight, but the cashier and my family had a good laugh after it was all said and done.
After searching every floor there was no place to park but the roof. The car has to be left in the sun for 5 days - 5 very hot days. The lot was oversold. I feel I was cheated. I paid a lot to park in the sun.
I paid extra to have Premium parking near the elevators and have 5QBDG as my confirmation # BUT THERE WERE NO PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE NEAR THE ELEVATORS OR for that matter ANYWHERE except the very top level in the hot 118 degree sun. Did you schedule too many Premium spots or do people just park there with no consequences? VERY poor service! Won't do it again!
I’ve gotten lost both times I have parked at terminals 3 & 4… even taking photos of where parked . There needs to be indicators for which side of the terminal you’re on - as well as signage on the terminal entrances and exits for which direction - Its the most confusing airport My husband (who travels extensively for work) or I have ever used.
Parking at Terminal 4 was a game changer of convenience. It was maybe 10 minutes from the time I walked off of the plane and was sitting in my car. I have already booked my next reservation for my flight out on Friday. Not to mention, reserving a parking space online in advance has been cheaper than scheduling an Uber as of lately; definitely can't go wrong with that!!
Booked weeks in advance to park in the covered parking next to the terminal the place was jammed I had to squeeze into a parking spot that was tight due to larger vehicles on both sides. Question could I have used my reserve pass in valet parking seems there is plenty of spots there
I was glad the options for various garages was listed and it was helpful to see that safety is a top priority. Also good to know the amount of distance to walk from car to terminal. Very helpful. And nice to know it's 24 hr with attendant available to help in case I need help with scanning the bar code. I suggest that you also list on a sidebar, which airlines are at Terminal 3 and which are at Terminal 4. THX!
This seemed like a great way to save some money on parking at the airport. Unfortunately, the QR code scanner wouldn't work so it ended up being a huge pain trying to get into the parking lot. Ultimately they just told us to press the button and take a ticket and we'll have to deal with it when we depart. I haven't yet had to deal with that, but I'm hoping it won't be a disaster.

I was sent information that did not belong to me about parking including a reservation number and credit card information. It was sent via email and I replied that I was not the correct person. I emailed to fix this mistake. I waited for over an hour on the "live" chat to speak to someone. This was not fixed and therefore I am still receiving information about about a person that is not me. I did not park at this location. I do not, in fact, live in the United States at the moment. I feel bad for the person who was supposed to get this information and may not have been able to park where they needed to.

We had trouble with the checking in at the parking gate. Otherwise it was easy.
The scanners could not read the code in my phone and I was stuck paying by card to get in, so much for prepaying

Horrible. The lot we booked (east economy uncovered) was full so we were directed to another lot (covered). We waited in line and then our QR Code did not work because our QR Code was for the uncovered lot. We had to call the attendant and pay the difference. It was a huge hassle and not efficient at all.
The covered area is rather large. Would be nice to provide lights or some other designation of available spots instead of wasting time driving up and down isles looking for spaces. Don't know if that's possible or not??
Even though we prebooked and prepaid, there were virtually no spaces available at 10 AM. The sign outside the garage was blank: it gave no indication of how many spaces were open (perhaps there were none).
Easy peasy! Paid online, showed up with the barcode on my phone, then rolled out when we got back. Would definitely do this again! I thought the price was reasonable for the convenience and we were at ease leaving our car in the covered garage.
Don’t offer a service you cannot provide. Departed before 6am and arrived after 10pm. The promised train from parking to terminal was not operating during those hours. Add to that surly bus drivers (#601 at 10:30pm Saturday 5/22) and misleading signage, it seems to me my decision to park at the airport will be replaced by ride-share or taxi in the future.
I always like to park next to the terminal whenever I travel. When I have traveled I use the app to reserve and pay. However when pull up to scan the bar code in the app it NEVER had worked for me. I always have to pull a ticket and when I do leave I then have to show that I did pay and the attendant has to look it up. Such an inconvenience. This happend even on my current trip I'm on.
After years of trying to formulate an easy in?out process, they finally got it right. Sooo Easy now

So easy to make your reservation and so quick to park and walk right into the terminal using your phone to scan your reservation. When you return, quick exit to your car and scan your reservation again as you exit! I use this method every time I travel out of Sky Harbor! Love it!
We chose for a small premium to get into the terminal garage. We found a space close to the legatos which took us to our terminal 4 gate. 1st time using the service and will use again for short trips. Staying longer than 4 days is better to just Uber to airport.
Very convenient, we took the tram to the terminals.
No problems. The address they gave to find the correct parking lot was spot on. Return was not so easy as the tram was not in operation. We had to take a bus and the signage was not adequate. And no one to ask, so we got on the wrong bus and had to drive around for 20 minutes. But other than that, I loved the convenience, and I will use the service again
AWFUL experience. Economy lots were full. Guess what you can’t enter the garages if you pre-paid even if you were willing to pay the difference since catching your flight is the priority. Thankfully found an open spot in economy after backing out of garage entry. I won’t use again, I don’t like my options being limited if actual conditions change and time is of the essence.

Beautiful airport , but , and it's a big but. In terminal 3 all of the food service is locked down except Starbucks and one other restaurant. Burger joint...
They really need to fix the QR code scanners. Very frustrating that they don't work. Will give it one more try then just forget paying in advance as you waste more time than money you save from paying in advance.
I love the program, the discount and the ability to earn points.
I don’t love trying to have the code read when you’re going into the parking garage.
It doesn’t always work and if it does it takes a long time.
But they will honor it when you leave if you can’t get it to work
This was convenient as I didn’t have to get out a credit card, and it was at a reduced rate. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it was tricky getting the reader to scan my bar code. Took a few attempts.
Easy to use and will do again. Warning to infrequent travelers. I thought my airline was in terminal 4. It was in 3. I grabbed a ticket to get in. I called once in terminal. Staff was super friendly and nice. Assured me I could show my reservation when I returned 4 days later.
The attendant was a little confused but checked and I did not have to pay more.
I also suggest to not pay premium. There were plenty of other spaces available.
Directions at the airport from and to the parking area are TERRIBLE! Plus the train was closed when I arrived and no understandable directions on what to do. No notification at the parking garage that the train was closed.
The price discount is not worth the hassle you experience in trying to check out . No one ever knows what to do and you will sit there as drivers behind you become increasingly annoyed and try backing out of your lane. Better to pay the higher price.
We travel quite a bit for business and being able to schedule parking at the terminal for a discount is much appreciated. We love the convenience at parking at the terminal, and always appreciate saving some $$$ when we park! Thank you!
Your scanning system rejected my scan--paper copy--and ability to enter the Terminal 4 garage. A vehicle pulled in behind me, so I was trapped. I pushed the green button and took a ticket to get the gate to open. I then worked for several minutes getting through the directory system to get a parking operator on the phone. The operator told me what to do when I leave the garage to keep from paying based on the ticket. That's a frustrating way to start a trip. You can do better.
REALLY impressed with how easy this online booking system was! Straightforward, no hidden fee's, simple, and quick! My trip isn't until tomorrow so I'm hoping the actual check in/out is as painless as booking the parking was!

Purchasing your parking prior to your flight is FAST and Convenient. Also, I like the discount given to online reservations. We've parked here before and was amazed how easy it is to park and get on the tram to our terminal. Our vehicle is safe and the covered parking keeps it out of the weather. Great service!!!
After arriving back in Phoenix after five days the battery in our car was dead. Called AAA and it was going to be an hour before they could get there. Called the airport parking hot line and one of their employees came by within 15 minutes and jump started our car. Very much appreciated!
I’m happy you offer lots of parking options but since I haven’t parked at the airport before. I had no idea how to get to the sky harbor train to get in the airport, their were no signs. I suggest you should definitely look into getting more signs at parking to how to get to the airport. Also I believe you should change the have to buy parking at least an hour ahead to at least 45 minutes ahead. But thank you for your parkinglot!!!
Great service. One point ---in signup for a reservation it requires a AZ license number. I have one car licensed in AZ and one in CA. Why can't you accept the CA license for account purposes and reservations?
QR Code doesn't work. Extremely frustrating and the woman at the exit was angry at me for losing my ticket after I spent all the extra time trying to book early so I didn't have to pull a ticket and the whole thing could be electronic. Awful experience.
I love how quickly I was able to book parking. We were literally on the way to the airport and I booked parking online for $50 less then I would if I had just parked in the terminal parking with no reservation.
Having the Convenience to park directly at the terminal has made it so much easier for me when traveling. It is quick and easy to make reservations for a parking spot online. I also like the idea that I can just park close by to an elevator which makes feel safer when traveling alone.
It was great to be able to pay for parking in advance and know how much it would cost but the scanner was NOT easy to use at all and wasted a lot of time in line trying to scan our QR code for the gate to open.
When I use points to pay for the parking - the automated feature of checking out does not work, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get a supervisor to come to the booth and approve opening the gate. Very frustrating and long lines of unhappy customers are behind in line.
the PHX airport parking on line booking is great! however, the a cess paper lets me in the garage but when i leave three or four days later, the same oaper with code will not let me out? the attendees have to call etc and it is very inconvenient
It was so easy to choose where I wanted to park and pre-pay. Getting in with my phone was easy, but coming out, the scanner didn't work so the attendant had to make a phone call. I felt bad about the cars waiting behind me. But, she did it manually and I was able to exit. I will definitely use this pre-paid parking again.
The scanning part at the airport is HORRIBLE!! Very hard to do!!

Second time using. Scanner at entry doesn’t work correctly. You must hold it in an exact spot to be read and hold for a few seconds. But that exact spot is hard to find. I have to take a ticket and scan on the way out. It doesn’t work well.

Never read the QR code on my phone. Held up cars behind me. I won't be using this service again. Need to apply for a refund.
The parking garage was easy to find, many spaces available, and I felt that my car was safe. I parked at Terminal 3 which was really nice because I did not have to walk far to get to my car. The reason I rated this as 3 stars is because I purchased the parking online however upon my arrival, the QR code would not scan. After 15 minutes of attempting to scan the QR code, the attendant told me to pull a ticket. Upon exiting the garage, I spent over 30 minutes with the attendant attempting to scan the QR code and then eventually attempting to use the ticket that was pulled but she tried to tell me I owed more money since a ticket was used. After about 45 minutes, the supervisor came and fixed the issue. The extra hour of my time (15 minutes initially and 45 minutes upon exiting was extremely inconvenient). Even with that said, I would park at the parking garage again because of the convenience of knowing my car would be safe during my one week travel.
Prepay for parking at the Sky Harbor Airport saves money and time. Only thing missing is the baggage drop that is closed due to Covid. Hopefully that will be up and running by the time we fly again in a couple of months.
I tried to scan the QR code. The reader did not pick up the code. I spent 3 minutes trying to get the technology to work. I finally had to get a ticket in order to proceed to parking. I am hoping for a refund for either the QR or ticket, because as it stands currently I will have paid $152 for 6 days of parking. I will not reserve in the future!
The ease of scanning in and out was very smooth and the cost savings of paying in advance was incredible....we travel often and as a result of this experience we will not be taking uber as parking our own vehicle is more cost effective and gives us more control.
I called the parking hotline and was told its a short walk from west economy to Terminal 3 so I booked it for our trip. When I got to the parking and asked the cashier which way should I take to go to terminal 3, she looked at me like I was crazy and she was right. The walk is short but there is no side walk. So I literally had to walk in landscape in the middle of the road to get to terminal 3. Horrible experience
Very handy to pay for parking before you come to the airport- we have had issues twice however when trying to scan our printed receipt at the gate. We needed to take a ticket to get in which made it a lot more time consuming when leaving. We tried to scan the "code" both from a printed copy and our cell phone.
It was perfect. I fly by myself and like to be able to arrive at the airport, go up the elevator and get in my car and leave, no worries about a shuttle, dragging luggage to the tram, or, when it's late at night someone approaching me, I feel safe in the airport parking.
Overall an easy experience booking parking in advance. However, the QR code reader is sometimes difficult to read. This would be my one point of improvement - perhaps add an option to type in the reader the confirmation code.

Horrible experience! The machine didn't scan my code when I entered so I used the call button. I was told to take a ticket. Upon exiting I was told I stayed an extra day and forced to pay $4 more dollars because "That's what the machine says." What a nightmare. Why prepay when I'm charged AGAIN and accused of parking an extra day. The ticket clearly showed when I arrived. And to be given the answer of "That's just what the machine says. I have a long line behind you, can you just pay." There was NO convenience or discount with the prepay.
Good experience, but artificial since I'm one of the few people that travels as an essential worker. The QR readers don't always work very well.
I also wish the system was more flexible as parking time changes with unforeseen changes in flights.
Was not able to get into this lot. The bar code in the email did not come through. I have an iphone 6 so it should have been able to pick up any codes in the email sent. So had to pay a 2nd time to park in a different lot. WILL NEVER USE this service again! What a disaster!
The barcode scanner malfunctioned upon entering parking garage so I took ticket as cars were starting to line up behind me. When I exited the next evening, the attendant scolded me for not using the call button at the time. She told me it would take 15 minutes to correct the pricing

Prepaid parking was kind of a nightmare when trying to leave the garage. It worked great when I parked, but then when I was leaving, the machine was unable to scan my QR code on my phone, and then it took a long time for the parking attendant to figure out and fix the problem. Which was "they" wanted to charge be another $30.
We would appreciate if the parking garage had luggage carts. The elderly or individuals with multiple suit cases have to cart, drag or struggle with getting them to the check in area.
The most appropriate place to have them would be by the elevators.

The convenience of the parking was great, however your QR code did not allow me in and therefore created a big problem with the people behind me so I ended up having to take a ticket and then of course resolve it when we came back from our trip. If you could fix that part of your system I will give you five stars.
