After finally deciding to get a personal trainer, I contacted Paula and can honestly say that it's the best decision I've made in a long while! Not only do I get the one to one personal training experience, but if I ever have an injury, I'm confident that Paula will change exercises to ensure that I still get a full workout but without making any injuries worse. Paula also offers great advice on nutrition and let's not forget the sports massages! I'm very happy with my decision, just wish I did it sooner!
I am glad I hired Paula 2 years ago when I was playing in Watford f.c. to train my wife after she give a birth my second son. She helped so much to get back to her original shape focusing in her abdominal to rebuild her muscles. My wife never liked exercising but she made the programme very dynamic and her friendly approach was very confortable for so it changed the lifestyle of my wife and now that we have move to Birmingham she can keep training on her own with all the knowledge that Paula give her. We are very happy with the results.

Paula is the best personal trainer ever! I have seen a lot of improvements since I have started training with her 3 months ago. She knows how to motivates you and gives excellent nutrition advices. Paula is also a great massage therapist she helped me a lot with my back problems. I highly recommend her.
I engaged Paula to train me following a lengthy conversation. As I am retired, we talked about my objectives and the fact that I am no longer a young man. She was extremely thorough, wanted to know what medications I take, if any, so that she could structure an age/fitness appropriate training program. One month in, I am delighted, and I think we are both a little surprised at my progress. The results are already making themselves obvious, especially in the way I feel. Paula has an engaging personality, is serious about the work while making it fun, and is very encouraging during the sessions. They are varied in activity and required effort, and are hard work, but that is as it should be. I have no reservations in recommending her to anyone seeking to improve their strength and health.
