Welcomed by Mark who has a reassuring and natural healing aura, mirrored by the calming white sleek comforting interior of his clinic. After a detailed, professional consultation, his thoughts was confirmed by guiding my body through gentle movements to diagnose. After 7 months of 24/7 pain, extended hospital stays, needing to lay down for 18/24 hours to cope with pain spikes, seeing 9 specialist medical Practitioners, along with several scans. Being told all that can be done for me is pain management strategies, Marks news was positively emotionally overwhelming. He proceeded to reduce my pain through bespoke stretching, manipulation and dry needling, resulting in leaving his clinic with my lowest pain level in 7 months and not needing to lay down. Mark - thank you for supporting me to go from existing to living my life again. Very highly recommended.
Excellent service and treatment. Lovely, comfortable treatment room. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Getting a Saturday appointment right when I needed it and receiving diagnosis and treatment that eased my pain was worth every penny. Mark didn’t push for follow up appointments and offered advice and exercises to continue at home. I would certainly recommend Mark and I would go back again should I need to. Thank you, Mark.
I booked an appointment with Mark on the basis of how good his reviews are (even though I thought no one could really be that good! I was very happy to be proven wrong). In one session Mark has made my back feel 90% better after a few months of dull nagging pain. I would recommend him to anyone needing physio.
After months of visiting a long list of physios, osteopaths and surgeons after a bad accident, I went to see Mark as a last resort before going down the surgical route.
In less than a week I was off my painkillers and getting my normal life back. Absolutely worth a visit, certainly a cut above the rest.
Highly recommended. I hobbled into the treatment centre with very bad knees and, although slowly, walked out after just 1 hr of treatment. With the rehab routine Mark gave to me I was back cycling within a few days. Just an excellent service.
I am 66 and this was my first ever physio session ever. I pulled a muscle in my back a week ago but have an Alpine cycling holiday coming up in a few days. In the hour's session, I went from thinking I would have to bail out to deciding I could definitely go on the holiday. The session involved a number of stretches and massages that gave me confidence that my back was not about to spasm again; on this basis, later that day I did a 33km cycle ride, which went without a problem and reinforced my confidence. There was a follow-up e-mail with recommended exercises for me. £60 very well spent.
Almost 40 years after badly breaking my ankle, and having visited two footballer's physiotherapists over the years, I thought I'd have another go at improving the strength and mobility of my ankle which had started to let me down. Following recent x-rays my GP had given me a diagnosis of mild arthritis and No Further Action but I walked out of my first session with Mark, feeling as if I had a new ankle.
I had been attracted by the scientific muscular skeletal approach which Mark described on his website and his desire to treat the cause and not the symptoms.
I think the key element of the successful treatment was a few minutes of acupuncture. This wasn't the energy-lines type of acupuncture, but one which slightly stretched the connecting tissue between the muscles. Then a combination of massage, manipulation and exercise really helped to free up the stiffness.
I only had one more session and I'm now back to serious hill walking and high impact dancing, which I had previously thought I might have to give up.
I high recommend Mark as a physio. He started by really analysing the problem and setting some goals for measuring improvement. Then most importantly, we met the goals!
I was sent to Mark after having a car crash and what can I say. He's amazing. He quickly put me at ease and made me feel really comfortable. He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Had me feeling fighting fit again in no time! Thanks Mark!
A very competent and highly methodical practitioner with an efficient and thorough approach.
After many years of back trouble and bouncing between Physiotherapists and Chiropractors Mark's approach delivered improvements which, alongside the advice he provided, will be sustainable into the future.
I first met Mark Boundy following a RTC. Which i sustained neck, shoulder and lower back pain. I must say he is great. Mark was thorough in his assessment. I found him a knowledgeable and a professionol clinician. He is diverse at his treatment plans. I can honestly say that he is sincere in his care. Mark is great to get on with. So if your in pain or have a niggle. Go and see Mark Boundy at Rebound Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.

I've seen and been treated by numerous physios over the past 10+ years. As a triathlete and golfer I've had numerous issues with which Mark has approached brilliantly. I can honestly say Mark is the first physio I've ever seen where I left each session either feeling considerably better and / or completely confident the root cause had been identified. Mark takes a holistic view and really takes the time to listen. And in addition to being the best physio I've seen by quite some distance he's also a very genuine and nice person (and no he's not paid me to write this post!).
Mark is professional, extremely knowledgeable and took a holistic approach to solving my back and shoulder injuries which had not been resolved by visits to other physiotherapists. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Mark is an amicable, proffessional physiotherapist. His practice is easy to find, clean and he seems to have everything at his disposal to carry out his work. He strikes a nice balance between being professional but not too formal, making the whole experience comfortable.
I decided to go and see Mark based on previous reviews and wasn't disappointed. I was suffering with a shoulder injury and after recieving 2 sessions of physiotherapy at his practice along with his guidance, my shoulder feels a lot better and less painful! In addition to the 2 sessions at his practice, Mark also did a session with me in the gym. Which was really helpful in going through some new excercises and good technique to help my shoulder.
Overall an excellent experience. I expect to be going back to see him to assess the improvements to my shoulder.
Mark (aka. the magician) fit me in for a last minute appointment the day before a race. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had treatment for a longstanding pain and tightness in my hip, which was remarkably improved in mobility during the hour session, and gave me around a 90% improvement in pain when running the next day. Now, 10 days later, the pain has lessened even more - I am amazed that one session can have such a dramatic effect, and would recommend physio with Mark to anyone. Thanks again!
I saw Mark regarding a longstanding shoulder injury. I found his approach to be professional, engaging and extremely thorough. He carefully explained each step of his assessment to me and effectively treated the issues with some immediate improvement. He also gave me several exercises to do in my own time and also e-mailed these to me. Mark is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I would recommend him without hesitation.
I've seen a number of Physios over the years with ongoing back, knee and hip problems. Mark at Rebound is by far the most thorough & knowledgeable clinician I've seen, he took the time to truly understand my issues and his approach to assessment & treatment is meticulous. A consummate professional who has his patients welfare, recovery and best interests at heart at all times. I would highly recommend Mark at Rebound to anyone.
