  I have known Song Choon since 2021 when I suffered a stroke. I remembered going to Exodus on the very day I was discharged from the hospital. He has been instrumental in my recovery journey helping me to regain my mobility and learn to walk again.  The journey was not an easy one but I was always looking forward to my sessions with Song Choon. He is ever so patient, caring and encouraging. I have had my fair share of therapists over the last two years and Song Choon is certainly one of the best among them. I am truly very blessed to have known him. Thank you Song Choon for being there for me in one of the darkest periods of my life. You have made a difference to my life.

  Amazing experience with Exodus! I injured my back just by opening the windows in my house and was recommended by my wife to approach Exodus. I really enjoyed the sessions with Joanna. From the explanations to how I could have injured my back to the steps to recovery, everything was precise and thoroughly planned out. Joanna shows a lot of care and concern for her patients.   Song choon has been one of the best physios I have worked with who truly cares about your well-being and needs. Under his guidance, I was able to get back to training at full capacity post-op for ACL reconstruction. He takes time to understand the demands of my sport, which has been very helpful for my transition back to competition. Overall, he is a reliable and meticulous physio, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with sports injuries or pain!

  Tore my PCL from a bicycle fall and my muscles weaken and I experienced occasional knee pain. Was recommended to visit Joanne and she was extremely knowledgeable! I saw my quads and glute muscles grew and now, I'm enable to resume sporting activities. She's friendly, encouraging, competent and patient. I highly recommend her to everyone!

  Went in for a shoulder impingement issue. Per Joanna's analysis it was in bad state and I agree as every time i move my arm it was so painful like my muscles as getting ripped inside.
  
  It was a slow road to recovery as each section of my chest, arm, back muscles were needed to be restored 1 at a time. Joanna is very patient in explaning all the details that I needed to know and all of my questions. She definitely knows what she is doing, slowly all my arm functions were restored. She doesnt hard-sell anything which i love about them. Their facility very is clean and tidy.

  I have a really conscientious physiotherapist who helps to tailor the sessions according to my recovery rate. I even attend another session just to strengthen my core. Will definitely suggest this place for friends who are looking to heal their sore areas. Am glad that I didn’t opt for the surgery before trying this out :)

  Professional, yet personal! The recovery program is tailored to your needs and state of health. I was suffering from muscle spams near my L5L6 on my back and couldn't stand, sit or move much. After 2 sessions, I regained most of my mobility and the focus shifted to correcting my muscle memory and strengthening the neglected muscles. One of the best physios (I have been to alot due to my slipdisc injury history) I have been to so far!

  Joanna is accomodating and encouraging. Every session we will have assessment of the progress for both my wrist and wrist. While massaging the she will explain how my muscle works for me to betfer understand why im experiencing the pain on my wrist and feet. Then, she will teach some exercises to help me regain my strength in those affected areas. Now, Im able to carry lighter without the fear of feeling the pain again.

  You might encounter physiotherapists that are pulling your leg when it comes to treating your injuries... but not Exodus.
  
  After a bad stretch on my shoulder, I sent over an appointment request with a simple description, not thinking much beyond a few exercises, therapy etc and going through the motion of recovery.
  
  However, with much pleasantry, I was presented with holistic solutions by Joanna across several sessions where not only was there therapy for the injury itself, but also a plan to ensure it does not happen again (fingers crossed) through "homework" exercises. I began being able to visualise and use my body strength in ways I could not before, and slowly I healed and reformed. Not 100% right now, but everyday is a journey.
  
  You, the review reader, might wince at cost of physical therapy. I would say theirs are fair, transparent, and effective, and they're one of best investments I've could have made (on myself). If you don't, what else are you going to do? Hop on the sprain train for life?
  
  That said, I thoroughly had a good experience. Be safe during your lifts and presses, but if you find yourself in a pinch, my friends at Exodus are the ones you should call.

  I was recommended by former national badminton team player to Song Choon and Exodus, he had helped me to recover from frozen shoulder. It was pretty bad and my right shoulder could not move much before being recommended by my friend to see Song Choon. He is patient, professional and the exercises that he suggested me had helped a lot. The recovery could be noticed almost daily in the first month or so, and back to 90% functional after about 2-3 months. Highly recommended.

  Great thanks for Joanna! After 3 months of combined treatments e.g. relaxation, needling, exercise...etc, my shoulder back pain has fully recovered.
