I have taken Pilates mat class with at least 4-5 different instructors over the last 15 years, so I feel I can confidently comment on this. Sarah Picot is by far the preeminent instructor. She knows your weak spots and injuries so she can better focus on what will be the most effective to each individual. She is very careful not to cause any harm by checking each position and giving cues that will help you reach your optimal target. she has kept me upright and active as a runner and swimmer for the last 5 years. Only positive experiences.
Sarah is amazing. As a 60+year old Pilates newcomer, I look forward to Sarah's intense, but totally enjoyable may classes. She takes seriously and imparts clearly to her classes the mind body connection to this amazing practice.
Sarah's pilates methods were a great compliment to our strength and conditioning program. She helped the team develope core strength and flexibilty, and worked individually with players on injury prevention techniques. I think any athlete or team would benefit from her services! - Goody
Sarah is very knowledgable and is great at focusing on what each client needs. She offers very individualized attention even in a group setting. Its a fantastic atmosphere- the studio is light filled and clean and Sarah makes every class really fun!
