Can't wait to return!

My friends and I stayed at The Feathered Nest lofts last weekend. They were beautiful, spacious and very convenient! The lofts are right in the heart of Downtown — we could easily walk to shops, restaurants, breweries and more. I stayed in the Reminiscent Suite which was more than plenty of room for two. It has an extremely comfortable bed and couch, with a large table suitable for family dining. My friends and I will surely be returning!

Absolutely wonderful!

We spent a long weekend in early June in the Reminiscent Suite and we couldn't have been more pleased, despite the fact that it rained all weekend. The room is beautiful and everything you could even think of wanting was there. The owner was fantastic, the bed and pillows were amazing, and the entire stay was just perfect. Great downtown view too. So many things to do within walking distance. We can't wait to come back, it's a great place to get out of the summer heat, and hope to also stay in the Traveler's Suite which is also beautiful! Thanks so much for having us.

Our experience at The Feathered Nest was nothing short of amazing! Both lofts are right in the heart of Downtown WJ - can't get any closer to local restaurants, breweries/bars, the wine shop, coffee shop, Ashe County Cheese and many other local stores. We stayed in the Reminiscent Suite which was perfect for a weekend retreat for two. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen and any amenity we could think of - even a wine refrigerator! We highly recommend staying at The Feathered Nest (either side!) when you visit West Jefferson.

A lovely and beautifully done property, right here in downtown West Jefferson. The character of the old builidng is retained-- yet every luxury and amenity is attended to.
