Dylan is hard working and dependable. My wife and I have called on him several times over the past year to do work in our first home renovations. His workmanship has been excellent for multiple projects including three bathrooms, laundry room, a hot water tank, outdoor taps, and everything in-between. He will continue to be our go-to choice if we need repairs or changes in the future. Highly recommended.

***PLEASE READ***Epic Plumbing does Epic retrofit heating and cooling system in Nanoose! I had invited numerous contractors to try and correct the sub-par system that was in place. The system had outlived its useful life as well as not being built to meet the initial requirements of the home. After having met with over 5 different contractors they all came back to us with the same response. "It cant be done"! "The solution is too complicated" " it would be way to costly to correct and bring it up to standard due to the design of the house". Epic plumbing showed up and this all changed!!! Not only did they provide an elegant solution to helping create a more efficient home, they presented multiple options, quotes and walked us through each step of the update. Dylan, the owner was communicative and professional as well as his team. The best part he was on price and on time. The cherry was he called to check in after the the job was completed to ensure our satisfaction before invoicing us. Its without hesitation I would highly recommend Dylan and his team at Epic Plumbing and plan to use his services on all current and future projects! Thank you for keeping my family and nice and cozy!!!

I recently had to do an unexpected Reno on my laundry room so I go ahold of Dylan to help me out. He was very accommodating to my schedule and worked with my dad like a champ. I'll definitely be hiring him when the bathrooms get done.

Dylan and his employees were a joy to work with. Dylan was quick to respond to my phone calls and he was able to send one of his employees out to my rental house the next day. We were renovating a kitchen and needing the plumber to come in a few different days, which was no problem for them. Dylan's employees were very knowledgeable, honest and hard-working. I would recommend Epic Plumbing and Heating to any of my friends and family.

Dylan is easy to reach, can get to your house either that day or the next--none of this "I can get to you sometime late next week stuff"-- and he knows what he's doing when he gets there. Best part is his pricing is more than reasonable. Plus, when he was installing my new dishwasher and fridge, I was installing my new stove hood. He volunteered to help me with that. While it took away my bragging rights to say I installed it myself, his assistance was welcome neverthelss. Great guy, great plumber.

Dylan is excellent & his craftsmanship is superb. Definitely the guy to call with any plumbing needs. He swapped out our hot water tank in our salon that was up above the ceiling unit... was not an easy task & he did it without a complaint. So impressed :)
