Request a couponWe have had the pleasure of working with Eric and Laura now twice in our house for glue down engineered hardwood for a total of about 1200 sf. They are very professional, fairly priced, provide great communication throughout, and most of all - their work is outstanding!
Eric and his wife are an amazing team! They did fantastic work and very pleasant to work with. They slide flooring throughout the kitchen, living, and laundry room and we couldn’t be more impressed. We had an issue that was caused by me dropping furniture and they were willing to fix it for us. Would highly recommend and will continue to use them for our flooring needs in the future.
This company provided the best service and professional installation I could have ever asked for! Not only were they over the top with their customer service, but they were experts doing the installation! Our floors could not have turned out any better everyone that comes over comments on how everything lines up 100% perfect and you cannot see anything where they start or where they continue. It’s just one continuous line throughout the entire home during the process we were having to remodel, and they went above and beyond in every way accommodating what we had going on because this entire thing was unexpected, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for any type of flooring nothing but honest and expert advice every step of the way!
Eric and Laura are true professionals. Always quick to respond to emails/texts/calls and showed up on time each day. Quality of work was outstanding and their prices are very competitive. They installed about 1600 sqft of LVP in our home and it looks great. We'll be using them again for bathroom tile install.
I exchanged several emails with this company in anticipation of having them install hardwood flooring for us (that we had purchased from another vendor). Eric offered a fair quote and I told him we would like to move forward and get on his schedule once the lumber arrived. There were a few hiccups in delivery and I kept Professional Floors apprised of everything that I knew from the lumber and freight companies, but when the product did arrive and I contacted Eric for scheduling he completely ghosted me. No response to emails, and he wouldn't take or return my phone calls. I wasn't sure what had happened and we were still looking for an installer, so my husband reached out to see if they might still be interested in the project. When my husband told him his name/my name the phone connection was abruptly "disconnected". My husband called back, giving the benefit of the doubt that he had not been hung up on, but they would not answer his call and have not returned his message to explain their behavior. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and doesn't give me a very good feeling about "promote and patronize small local businesses".
Great people to work with! Reliable and honest!
Great company, experienced and knowledgeable. Dedicated and will get the work done in timely manner! And I love my new floors, so do my puppies!
Eric is fantastic. First of all his prices are reasonable and he saved me money by escorting me to home depot to purchase supplies, where I could apply a military discount. Not only did he offer advice on which materials to purchase but he also picked up all of the supplies and delivered them to my house. Once the project started he and his wife were quick, thorough, and concise with the flooring project. They finished roughly 1200 sqft of flooring in 7 business days.
I highly recommend these guys as they are courteous, hardworking, and professional."
Excellent job by Laura and Eric of Professional Flooring. Originally hired as the installers, but worked with them to purchase beautiful engineered oak flooring from a small flooring manufacturer in Dothan, AL. They priced the job well, delivered and expertly installed the flooring, all on schedule. Save yourself a lot of time and effort. Laura and Eric offer quality installation and, if you need, a great flooring product .... All at a very reasonable price.
Professional Flooring was a pleasure working with. They were one of the best sub-contractors I've hired in my 40 years of contracting. Job was completed as agreed in time and price. I would highly recommend Laura and Eric to install wood flooring to anyone. Thanks again for a great job.
They showed up on time and were ready to start work. They had all the tools, skill, and experience. They moved furniture when necessary and cleaned-up afterwards. They are very professional, provided excellent quality, and have great customer service. Their price was very good as well. We would definitely use them again and in fact if we ever replace our carpet, Professional Floors LLC would be our "go-to" first choice for the installation.
This husband/wife team were very professional and more importantly trustworthy. They underbid the compitition, were on time everyday, very friendly, completed the job on time and there workmanship was flawless. Seams matched, corners were flush, all flooring was level, and left areas clean. I was very sastified and would recommend to everyone.
Laura and Eric were prompt, professional, went right to work and cleaned up after they were through. They were also very helpful with helping me make an excellent choice for my new carpet. I would recommend them to anyone.
Highly recommend! We had laminate put down throughout the house. Not only are they honest, they showed up when they said they would. Their work was the best you can get. The floors are gorgeous thanks to this awesome crew!
Eric was professional and completed the job before expected. Highly recommended!
Excellent! Five Stars! I needed a flooring company to come in to make repairs after I had used another company to install new flooring and they botched the job. The original company would not return calls to fix their mess. The Rainey's made everything perfect in a professional and timely manner. I wish I had known about them in the first place. They are top notch! I would give them ten stars if I could.
Eric and Laura were two of the most professional and personable people you will ever meet. They were always on time and did exceptional work. Our hardwood floors are beautiful and the installation was perfect. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. We couldn't be any happier.
Mr Eric and his wife did a fantastic job on our living room and kids bedrooms I would definitely refer them to anyone me and my wife are very pleased
