Not only did I buy a home from Sara and Homa, i had them sell my home at the same time. I don't like realtors.  But these two are amazing.  They add real value in the entire process. Knowledgeable, available, strong work ethic.  Sara and Homa are the real deal. They are expert negotiators and subject matter experts in all things real estate. If you're buying or selling a home, if you don't use them, you'll be paying too much or not getting enough. They fix all that.

Homa & Sara made the impossible possible

Homa and Sara demonstrated amazing team work where they made the impossible possible! They were available at all time, they did not give preferential treatment to their other buyers with higher ROI (like many agents do). They also have a great contact network to amazing brokers. Thanks again ladies!

  Patient and STRONG Advocate

Sara and Homa went above and beyond to help my family find our perfect home. We were nervous about the whole experience, and other realtors tried to push contracts and timelines on us. In stark contrast, Sara and Homa met with us at a time convenient for our family and asked us what we were looking for in a home. They went through several exercises to help us prioritize the things most important to us, and guided us to think about other variables that we hadn't yet considered. Subsequently Sara sent us example available homes via their excellent website, and we indicated the aspects we liked and didn't like. Sara listened patiently and encouraged us to take our time to find the perfect home for us (no frequent emails or calls to push us). When we found the home we love, Sara advocated for us end-to-end in the process. She attended all walk-throughs with us, worked closely with our home loan agent, guided us through the closing process, and remains in-touch to help us with the transition into our new home. We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience with such a friendly, non-stressful, and professional team!

  Dream Home Found

That was great experience working with Sara and Homa! I bought my dream house in less than a month that is unbelievable in the Bay area market. They were very responsive, supportive, and they helped me from the beginning (referring to a loan agent) all though the closing. I learned from them that the key point in buying a house in a very competitive market is to be consistent in home search and act fast while getting as much as information that you can about home status, market, school quality, and neighborhood quality . Everything went very smooth and I got a really great deal on my home. My home was appraised way above of the accepted offer price.

  Very Responsive

Sara was a pleasure to work with. She is always easy to reach and very responsive, even at odd times of the day, on weekends and during holidays. When Sara wasn't available, Homa stepped in to fill the gap. Sara provided relevant information and as a first time home buyer helped me understand the process. I would highly recommend the Sara/Homa team to any prospective home buyer.

  Friendly, Helpful, Dedicated, Caring

Sara and Homa compliment each other very well. Both ladies were delightful but we primarily worked with Homa. Homa was very friendly, helpful, dedicated, caring, and pleasant to be around. We spent many weekends searching for our " dream house" and we found it. We couldn't be any happier with our choice! Homa definitely made our house hunting as stress free as possible. She always answered all of our questions and when she didn't have an answer for something, she always managed to find the answer and get back to us. She was very dependable and reliable as well. It was a pleasure getting to know her and working with her!
