  Redtruck is an absolutely amazing property management firm and my husband and I were lucky to have rented from them for a year. The lawn in the summer and the driveway in the winter were always meticulously maintained for us. When we did have reasons to contact property management, they were super responsive and friendly and would plan times to come help us right away. Upon moving out, they were so flexible and helpful which made the whole process seamless as we were in the midst of buying our first home. I would highly recommend!

  We have been renting with RedTruck Properties for over three years and there is no doubt that Ben is the best landlord we’ve ever had, particularly the responsiveness to any concerns. RedTruck is always respectful of our schedules when needing to address any issues with the house repairs or updates, and communicates that well. It has been clear from the start of our lease that the company cares about tenants’ experience and satisfaction in RedTruck’s properties. It’s also great that Ben and his family are local in the Seacoast area. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a long-term rental.

  Ben is by far the most responsive, diligent landlord you will ever have. He genuinely cares about his tenants and their experience in his properties. If any issue arises with the home, large or small, Ben will respond quickly and comprehensively. He is also a genuinely great guy, and it feels good renting from a responsibly run family business like Red Truck.

  My husband and I moved here due to the military stationing us in Portsmouth. Moving from Ohio, to New Hampshire was a big, and scary step for us. Living in 14A Forest has been nothing but AMAZING. We felt at home. In the 2+ years of us living in this rental, we have NEVER had a negative thing to say. With the military moving us to Charleston in a few weeks, we are sad mostly about leaving the apartment and not having Ben as our landlord anymore. He truly is the best Landlord we have ever had, and the best in the neighborhood. Such a genuine, caring, and honest person that anyone would be lucky to have as there landlord. When my husband would leave for deployments, he made sure to take “additional” steps to ensure I was okay. From plowing our driveway before I had to work real early in the mornings, yard work, etc. We surely will miss this property and Redtruck Properties! 15/10 recommend him/there business. He is nothing less than phenomenal.

  10/10 Best property owner/landlord I’ve ever had. Probably the best I ever will have.. that’s why I’m renewing my lease.
  
  Why is RedTruck so great?
  
  - Sends updates on up coming snow storms and snow removal schedule Also provides renters with local emergency numbers in case we need help during a storm.
  
  - Let’s renters know when RedTruck will be in the area. Asks us if we need any assistance at the apartment-Tune ups, questions, concerns or if we just wanna chat.
  
  If there’s an issue with anything in the apartment Ben works with OUR availability and schedules a time to meet that works for the renters.
  
  - Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Ben from RedTruck is our go to man and he is fantastic! Great family man always making time for us even when he has a home of his own to take care of with his wife and three kidos.

  Me and my roommates are first time renters, so a lot of places turned us down due to lack of experience. But RedTruck welcomed us with open arms and it has by far one of the best experiences we have ever had in our journey.   I don't have enough great things to say about Ben and RedTruck. Ben bought the house our apartment is in from a large real estate company and we could see the changes immediately. Our calls were actually answered by Ben himself and all the things the previous owners had failed to do like manage the landscaping, repair the decks and service all of the plumbing and electric were all done almost overnight. Great organization and would 100% rent from them again if they owned a property where we are moving!

  Renting through RedTruck was by far the best renting experience I have had. I have rented from 3 other landlords prior and none of them compare to Ben and his company. I would highly recommend any property from RedTruck. They are friendly, flexible, very helpful, communicate with you often, and are always there for you when you need them.
