It is one of my best experience that I have ever encountered with a nutritionist along with personal training.In 1 month I lost about 3 kgs, following the food plan along with basic exercises. The food has brought about an overall change in my energy levels and enhanced my productivity thorough out the day. Food has a major role to play in this and Vishal is an excellent guide and coach. There is attention to detail from his side towards our commitment and dedication. He takes personal interest and keeps patience everyday to see to it that you are on track. Getting like minded people together by him, there is an enthusiasm to achieve our own respective Target. The plans offered by him doesn't not make you starve. It feels lighter and fresh. Your skin also gets better. There are many more interesting activities that are offered along with food plans.So its an overall package of wholesome goodness. To discover a new you !
