Peters the Owner helped us for our brand new facility in San francisco. He helped us with sanitation and advised us for our equipments. We are going to use his service again next month for Sanitation plan and HACCP. Thank you again for all your help
The whole experience was great to deal with. We set up our meeting through email and the communication was very precise. We met with the Chef and we discussed about our goals. They helped us to the design of the kitchen (we told them to) and gave a great demo of the food. Definitely looking forward to our next menu coming up this summer.
