A 5 star review for a 5 star holiday and stay at Red Robin's Chalets. I cant thank the host enough for everything we received in our weeks stay! A special mentions on the food we recieved as this was exceptional every day along with some lovely wine! The hosts are a great team and makes the holiday feel super relaxed and exactly what we wanted. Maccy was also great entertainment after an afternoon skiing.

After many years of skiing holidays, this has been made the best, thanks to Robin & Aislinn at Red Robin Chalets. The food is Michelin, the chalet beautiful with bubbling hot tub and the most wonderful hosts.

Delicious food and friendly staff who really are exceptional - they will go above and beyond. Beautiful chalet in a great location.

What a fantastic time we had at this beautiful chalet with the best hosting team of Robin, Aislinn and Macy Such a homely feel to the chalet with a luxury finish. The food was amazing! Like seriously worth shredding the slopes for an extra hour a day to make room for it. I work in the food industry so am very picky and I wasn’t disappointed! 3 courses of amazing global foods an evening was such a treat. Alongside this, time had been taken to match local wines with the delicacy’s and some rather outrageously delicious cocktails that also make perfect soundtracks to a group dance. I couldn’t fault the whole experience if I tried and would recommend you go and stay with these lovely folks ASAP as you won’t regret it and it’ll be a lovely escape from your everyday drudgery! I came back feeling so well looked after and refreshed so thank you guys. Will definitely be back to see you and shred those mountains again soon

What a fantastic week of relaxation and next level cuisine! Aislinn and Robin are wonderful hosts. the chalet was very stylish, clean and cozy. We were very impressed every time we sat down to dinner. Aislinn and Robin really know how to impress. I didn't know food could be so good. Thank you both for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back.

I can’t express our happiness at Red Robins Chalets. We have done many years of chalets and this year have been so pleasantly surprised, nothing has been left without thought. The food is second to none, so much time effort and thought goes into it, whether it’s local foraged ingredients or a wine to accommodate the meal - it’s actually perfection! Robin and Aislinn are a wealth of local knowledge and super friendly . The Chalet is tidy, home from home and luxurious at the same time . I thank them so much for welcoming us to their home and their hospitality.

Can't recommend highly enough - great location, amazing food and top hosts! Only an hour drive from Geneva, Samoëns is such an easy option to get straight up the mountain and the chalet is in a prime spot! You can see the first lift from the chalet, with the free transfer bus stop right out the front. We headed into the snow every day fuelled up by a big breakfast and ate an amazing meal every evening - Aislinn is an incredible chef! Will definitely be heading back - thanks so much guys!

A fantastic week and New Years in Chalet La Roche.

We have just come back from a fantastic week over New Years with Aislinn and Robin in Chalet La Roche in Samoens. We loved the chalet, the skiing, the hot tub and the amazing food! Aislinn is a fully trained and inspired chef providing a wide variety of gorgeous choices for both adults and children. Robin couldn't do enough for us and even came out with both families one day to show us his favourite runs in Flaine he even brought the kids "off piste" which will remain a treasured memory for life... We will be back.

Family Ski Trip to Samoëns - catered chalet 5*

We travelled with 3 children and stayed with a family we know in Chalet La Roche run by Redrobinchalets.com. This is a new company run by husband and wife Aislinn and Robin. We had not heard about Samoëns, but it did not disappoint. It is an easy 50 minute transfer from Geneva, and the transfer is arranged by the chalet. Upon arrival, the chalet is situated in the heart of the village, facing south and the views are lovely. The chalet is very elegant in the alpine style. We were greeted by Robin and Aislinn, who frankly are two of the warmest and most genuine people you could hope to meet. We went for lunch in the village, a 2-minute walk away, and when we came back the rooms were ready, and they are spacious and very comfortable. The beds are excellent and there are 2 en-suites. Plenty of storage space. Downstairs there are 2 main living areas, and we were able to park the children in one room with a Wii that is provided in the chalet. There is also a wide selection of DVDs, and the WiFi is good if not brilliant. It is the Alps after all. There is a beautiful fireplace, lit by Robin every night. The other living area is attached to the kitchen, and is large, airy, and very comfortable and cosy. Outside there is a fantastic hot tub, which is heated at 40 degrees and looks out over the valley. It is particularly pleasant at night with a cold beer provided by Robin. There are plenty of towels in the chalet. The kids particularly enjoyed it, minus the beer. Aislinn is an immensely talented chef who cooks everything from scratch. The food was outstanding every night, with great variety, and the breakfasts are lovely, with a wide selection. The kids ate 1 hour before us. Hors d'Oeuvres are served every night with a drink before dinner, and this is a particularly nice touch. The chalet is well stocked with beautiful local wine and beer. They are very flexible in terms of dinner times. There is a washing machine and dryer, and it is easy to get a wash done, cutting down on suitcases. The main gondola is a 15-minute walk, but there are free buses every 15-30 minutes. We left skis and boots at extreme glisse at the gondola. Robin will organize the ski passes if you need to, but it is very straightforward at the ticket office. A massage can be arranged, very good value at 50 euro for one hour. The resort is very pretty, with plenty of restaurants, but depending on time of year, you need to reserve a table. Again, Robin will do this for you. Everyday things are very expensive, however, and the pharmacy is a rip-off, so bring what you require. The skiing is great, and caters for all standards, although for the very experienced skier it might be a little unchallenging. This did not apply to us. Finally, Robin and Aislinn are "parents" to a beautiful dog, Macy, and the kids particularly enjoyed her company. All-in-all, a 5-star experience with fantastic hosts, and nothing could be faulted. Recommended +++++

What an amazing holiday. I really didn't want to leave! None of us did. We stayed a week before the official ski season starts but Robin and Aislinn helped us to find the snow each day so we managed so much more (and better) time on the slopes than expected. The food was also incredible and really well planned out. I asked Aislinn where she got all the fresh ingredients in the middle of the Alps and she told me that she travels a 3 hour round trip to get the best stuff. You couldn't self-cater to this level. The town is so nice too. I'll never forget watching the locals chase the escapee duck around the town centre, and there are plenty of local bars and cafes to enjoy as well.

Had a fantastic stay at Red Robbin Chalets. The food was amazing we were thoroughly spoilt. We were a bit unlucky with the weather so spent a couple of days exploring Samoins which had plenty of interesting places to visit and great woodland walks by the river. There was also ample room for our large group to relax at the chalet with two separate living rooms and various outside spaces including a large hot tub. Local bars only a stones throw away. Looking forward to returning, fingers crossed for better snow next time. It dumped the day we left...

A really great find - a perfectly proportioned chalet set just behind the town centre. Super easy to get to the shops and restaurants. The main Grand Massif Express ski lift is a short walk and a regular bus away. Robin and Aislinn are kind, experienced hosts and know Samoëns really well. Finally, the rooms are warm and spacious and the beds are incredible.

I stayed here on a self catering holiday and the chalet was utter luxury. Gorgeous views of the mountains, central location, super comfy bed and beautiful little french town. There are some lovely restaurants to choose from and so much nature to explore. I will be back soon I hope :D

A delight to enjoy the hospitality of Aislinn and her husband Robin when they hosted our party of 10.
The food was delicious with a well thought out menu and the local wine was in plentiful supply. The chalet itself is clean, tidy and homely, has the benefit of a large hot tub plus is situated close to all the local amenities.
The only downside was that we had to leave at the end of our week in snowy paradise

I stayed here self-catered in the summer on mountainbiking holiday and just to see the beautiful alp area. Check-in was easy and the chalet is really close to the heart of Samoens, plenty of bars to try some French beers. Aislinn and Robin were really helpful and they both know all the places and activities to go to. Oh, there's also a hot tub! Definitely recommend!

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at Red Robin Chalets. The spot is amazingly beautiful and the chalet has great views of the surrounding mountains. You couldn't be closer to the quaint little town of Samoens that still maintains all of its French Alpine charm. There is an approx. 10 minute walk to the ski and bike lifts which for the area is pretty good! The chalet itself was clean, spacious and very cosy and is a fantastic combination of traditional beauty and modern comfort. Our hosts Aislinn and Robin were incredibly helpful, friendly knowledgable. We felt totally at home with them (especially with Aislinns cooking). We will be coming back to stay again soon I hope.
