Scott came to the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce today to speak to us about the importance of mental health and how we can bring positivity into our lives despite it all. He was incredibly professional, arrived early and prepared with all of his technology needs, and stayed after to chat with other attendees.
Leading up to the event, he was very easy to work with and provided all the needed info well in advance of our event and was happy to make a few small pivots in the week or two beforehand as well.
Overall, if you’re looking for a mental health expert to speak to adults or kids, Scott is the right choice!

I attended Scotty P’s session at the OneHR Conference at Harrisburg University on April 25th. As an HR professional working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I appreciated his advice on how to make the workplace another safe place for our workforce to be their authentic selves. His message was simple, yet so many of us do not feel comfortable being vulnerable at work or letting others know when we are struggling. As a manager, I learned how I can create a safe space for my staff to be able to come and talk to me, feel comfortable taking leave, and how I can help prioritize their mental health even at work. I had the pleasure of working alongside Scott during the PSHRM Symposium this year and he was absolutely phenomenal. During the event planning process, he was timely and easy to work with. On the day of the event, his story that he shares is inspiring and his energy captivates anyone who is listening. Mental health can be a difficult topic to discuss but after watching Scott speak openly to a 115+ person crowd, I witnessed people of all backgrounds ranging from 20-62 years of age comfortably approach Scott with their own personal journeys of hardship. His authenticity and approachability is absolutely dismantling the stigma around mental health.
