Nissan and Craig are amazing trainers. Their team training classes are tailored each week to be both interesting and challenging to all levels of fitness. A year of PT and nutrition training with Nissan got me in perfect shape to win two silver medals in international competition and her yoga classes are the perfect way to round out a week of training with active recovery.
Going to a gym and trying to stay fit has always been something I have struggled with until I started at Shift Fitness. Nissan and Craig are amazing at what they do. Each and every week I look forward to being there and have them push me to the point where I can hardly walk back out to my car.

Working a full time job and spending some serious time in the gym and on the dirt bike requires some quality food, and Nissan is the best at writing a meal plan which is super easy to follow and so delicious! Recommend Nissan to anyone that’s looking for more energy in the day!

The atmosphere at Shift fitness is absolutely amazing, From the day I stepped through the doors Nissan and Craig made me feel like family. The progress I have made the past few months is phenomenal. It's easy to motivate someone when they are sitting right in front of you, but the real challenge for a trainer is to have that motivation exist even when you are not around and that's what Nissan and Craig do!
i initially started with grp training and often had no idea what ,why and how i was doing things.I started PT sessions with Nissan where she took time to guide me through proper postures and areas to focus on so that i dun end up hurting myself. Her sessions have brought me awareness and understand my body better.Now i am back on grp training. Im thankful she never gave up on me and kept motivating me! All that training from her has improved my general health and has def reduced my anxiety. Im really proud to be part of her fitness family
Nissan has been my PT for both individual and group sessions and has always pushed me to my limits in an encouraging way.
I trained with Nissan pretty much throughout my entire pregnancy and with her guidance and experience, I 100% trusted her with my body and my baby bump. I can honestly say that all the strength training and yoga sessions I did leading up to the birth helped with not just the labour but the super quick recovery and thankfully, very minimal abdominal separation!!

I love working out with Nissan and Craig they both push you to the edge of your physical and mental comfort zone so that you can achieve the fitness level and body of your dreams.
