I highly recommend Signature Contracting for home remodeling projects from my own experiences with the company. Last year they completed a couple of projects i needed done with replanking and resurfacing my deck as well as subfloor repair including flooring in my utility room amongst other details with door replacements and attic vent. All of this done in roughly a week and a half. As that was painlessly (for me) and professionally completed, I rehired them this year to perform a complete gut and remodel to a bathroom which was masterfully handled on time. The consultation, paperwork, friendliness as well as exemplary professionalism is why I'll continue to be a repeat customer.

Jake from “signature contracting” did an amazing job for us. He gave me a quote from looking at pictures. He then came out and looked at the job and said the estimate he gave was still what he would charge. The job was a bit more difficult, but they did a great job and at the end things looked as good, and a little better then when they started. I would highly recommend signature contracting, and will definitely hire them again if needed!!!

Debbie is a skilled designer that gave me exactly what I wanted. She patiently made revisions as we worked through my project. And Jake executed it perfectly. My house is old and with challenges but he worked around those challenges to give me the remodel that I love. Jake and his crew always showed up when expected or called me to let me know of delays. That’s something hard to find in a contractor these days.

Oh my goodness, we just think the world of the team at Signature Contracting. Their contracting team made exterior remodel of our 1943 farm house possible. They showed up everyday, on time and worked like busy bees then cleaned up at the end of each day. When we threw in creating a proper porch ceiling fitting the original house design - no problem. When we needed a custom designed and built exterior door - no problem. We highly recommend Signature Contracting & plan to use them again!

We used Signature Contracting to convert a workshop and two storage rooms in our basement into a master suite We also asked them to redesign our bland family room into something more “put together” and inviting. From start to finish everyone was so professional and organized. Debbie, Jake, and anyone working alongside them were always punctual, friendly, and very responsive to texts and phone calls. We have been so pleased with their skill and attention to detail and highly recommend them.

Signature Contracting is a one of a kind business, they gutted our master bath and changed it all beautifully!!!! As we are aging (and helped take care of our parents) we know how difficult it is to get older people into a tub or even step up into a shower being petrified they will fall!!! We are now capable of putting a wheelchair in our shower, yay!!! This company is so detailed oriented and goes the extra mile to make everything perfect. They are prompt, very efficient, clean, honest, dependable and we trust them!! We would leave our home sometimes and we knew there would never be an issue. The confidence we have in this company is unmeasured. So, we 100% recommend them and WE WILL be using them again!!!
