I hired Southwest Florida Home Inspections to inspect a prospective condo purchase and perform a radon test. They performed both inspections quickly and efficiently with a detailed report with in a day or two. Even after our home purchase, Kyle provided an additional document leading to a reduction in my homeowners insurance. It was so nice to work with a great company. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Great service and incredibly informative. Kyle and the team were able to get us scheduled within days and had the report the same day, wind mitigation a day afterwards and mold within 2. Very professional, great recommendations and immediately gave a sense of trust and care from them.
I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get an inspection done.

Our realtor met up with the owners during inspection, and she said they were very thorough and explained everything well. Speaking with Kyle over the phone following the inspection was simple and easy, he was descriptive and his reports were easy to read and were sent in a timely fashion. Our realtor mentioned to me that she would recommend SWFL Home Inspections to other individuals.

On very short notice we called Tami and Kyle to see if they could do a condo inspection for us. Tami was very professional in giving us the services and costs. She did what needed to be done to accommodate our time schedule and got the inspection done during our brief stay in Ft. Myers. Kyle was proficient, and thorough in his inspection. I can't think of anything he missed and he was very careful to be sure he explained the few things he did find very clearly. Both the condo and the mold reports were very timely returned to us and help facilitate our purchase. We highly recommend this business for anyone who has inspection needs in Southwest Florida.

Kyle took the time to go over the entire report with us over the phone. We were buying from another state so finding a reputable and trustworthy inspection company that would go the extra mile was very important. We highly recommend Southwest Florida Home Inspections!
