  If you have any car audio needs, go to Speakerbox. They are the nicest people and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Pricing is very transparent so you feel confident that you are getting what you paid for. Once our radio was installed, one of the Speakerbox team members hopped in the passenger seat and showed me ALL of the features of my new radio. He even helped me Bluetooth connect my phone. We picked up the car after their closing time and they were in no rush to get us out. We will only go to Speakerbox Car Audio in the future!

  The folks at Speakerbox in Huntsville are absolutely top-notch. I had a fairly extensive job done a little over a year ago. I couldn’t be happier and have been super pleased with it. So much so, I’m not gonna have much room for anything else in my truck...except MORE speakers! I have had two small issues since the install, however it was under warranty and they scheduled me immediately and fixed it in a matter of minutes both times. Everyone I have dealt with at the Huntsville location have been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL, the techs and inside sales people alike. Professional and Personable...Courteous and Customer Centric.   Needed to upgrade my Mercedes sprinter lousy basic stereo head unit. Bought a online supplier Alpine ilx-259 head unit with harness adapter. Received unit and harness, turned out harness was incorrect. Online supplier then sent a basic Mercedes harness which did not have a the necessary connections needed for the interface for the head unit. After 2 weeks of back and forth with the online supplier I gave up on them and called Speakerbox of Huntsville. They looked at the situation and had to order the correct parts for installation. Once parts arrived they scheduled the Sprinter for installation. Done in a few hours. Very satisfied. Cannot thank the crew enough for their patience, professionalism and hospitality! Should have started with them in the first place.

  Needed to replace/upgrade the factory radio in a 2012 truck. After thoroughyl researching local retailers, online warehouses, online forums, DIY parts suppliers, etc; I chose Speakerbox Car Audio - Huntsville. Inside the store, the selection was well displayed. Taylor gave me a quick tour of several brands. After I mentioned the price range and features I needed, he did not try to "over sell" me on things I was not looking to buy. Total cost for new stereo unit with installation and all required parts was among the best. Schedules Installation took only part of a given day as promised. New unit sounds great and works like it should. Now the fun part of reading over the given user manual (both print and PDF) begins as I attempt to gain a better understanding of all the features. Anyone looking to upgrade or replace a car audio system should look no further! Speakerbox offers the best of everything including price, installation, brand and feature selection, warranty, friendly service, and positive customer experience.
