  Great customer service. Taylor helped me put together a solid plan to get a great SQ setup in my vehicle. On my initial install, I was impressed with the cleanliness and craftsmanship, but wasn't completely satisfied with the mid-bass on the speakers I had insisted on having installed for my front stage. After bringing that issue to their attention, the Speakerbox crew worked after hours to ensure that I had equipment that worked best with my vehicle and that everything was properly tuned (should have just listened to Taylor's suggestions in the first place ). My final install consists of Hertz Mille Pro components in the front, Focal coaxial speakers in the rear, an Audison AP8.9bit amplifier with digital signal processing, and a powered Audison subwoofer that absolutely bumps. They took into account that my vehicle was a hybrid and gave me the most efficient equipment so that it didn't strain my vehicle's electrical system, all while getting amazing sound quality that makes driving much more enjoyable.   When I struggled to install new audio equipment myself, I quickly tried to find someone in my area that could get the job done and not break the bank. That's when I found Speakerbox.   Had a dashcam installed. Amazing level of communication before, during, and after installation. Was provided pictures of potential mounting locations for approval by tech which, being more petite, I loved as I could be sure nothing was blocking my eyeline. Great attention to detail. A+ work.

  I cannot say enough good things about Taco and Alex!!! Taco spent time making sure we ordered exactly what would fit my needs. Alex worked hard to make certain my install was done before I left for a road trip! Upon completion of my install Taco made sure I knew where all of my new components were located, what each one did, and that I knew how to work it all.   I don’t even know where to start. In this day and age, it’s such a joy to find courteous people who excel at customer service. I’m an old lady with an old car. My CD player stopped working and in order to save a few bucks, I bought a replacement on line. I called several audio stores and was either dismissed or rudely told, “We don’t work on German cars” before they slammed down the phone. I called Speakerbox Car Audio and spoke with Taco. He asked pertinent questions and told me they would be more than happy to help me. The very next day I took my car and radio (that I had purchased elsewhere), to their shop, hoping for an assessment. I was greeted by both Taco and Taylor. They immediately stopped what they were doing to help me. A very sweet lady named Alex also came out to greet me. Even the technicians coming and going said hello to me. I was amazed by their friendliness. They could have very easily tried to sell me a new system.....I wouldn’t have known the difference, but they didn’t. I’ll end by saying I can now use my CD player and I’m one happy customer! If you want honest people and a friendly atmosphere, please go to Speakerbox Car Audio! They’re the best!!!
