  Elizabeth is a fantastic real estate agent. I am an investor and she assisted me in every way possible to make the procedure simple and efficient. I was having trouble finding the rental property I wanted from my search due to low inventory, Somehow Elizabeth Managed to find me a fantastic duplex property in Columbia Tn that was not listed on the market and was absolutely perfect. She's constantly on top of things and fixes problems that can come up before they happen if you take her advice. She was well prepared to answer any questions that I had. From offer to close my transaction with her was the smoothest I have ever had. She is the Best Realtor I have ever worked with (I have worked with many in different states) I highly recommend her.

  Elizabeth is a five star Realtor that can source and deliver great investment properties on target, on time, on budget and even in the hot Nashville market. After several visits to Tennessee I decided to move my decades long California investment in multi-units to the Nashville, Spring Hill, Columbia area. Elizabeth’s knowledge of the area, great communication skills and professionalism gave me the confidence to move forward with her as my real estate agent. Elizabeth showed me many Columbia homes for sale and secured 6 ideal units for me within price range and location with great cash flow. Her market knowledge was impressive and I could not be happier! Elizabeth saved me an average of over 40k off asking price on the properties I purchased plus negotiated that the sellers pay for a home warranty on them as well.   When I got ready to sell my Columbia Tn house I approached Elizabeth with what I should do to get the most for my home. Her ideas and suggestions were wonderful!
